Abstract

384,883. Reflectors. KREIDL, N., 5, Sebastian Kohlgasse, Vienna. April 8, 1932, No. 10098. [Class 97 (i).] A mirror or reflector consists of a coating of chromium or a chromium alloy on a base or support of glass or similar material, the chromium &c. being preferably applied to the front surface of the support. The chromium coating may be produced by electrolysis, spraying, &c., and to ensure its adhesion to the base, one or more intermediate adhesive layers of copper &c. may be applied to the glass. The rear surface of the glass may be decorated, ribbed, &c.
