[Class 61 (i).] A broom handle fastener is formed by pressing or stamping from sheet steel or other suitable material and comprises a cylindrical socket portion A for the handle and shaped wings B for attachment to the broom head with holes C for fixing screws. A stiffening rib D is formed at the junction of socket and wing portion.
