382,879. Carving dishes. ELLIS, D. P., 65, Park Avenue, Gillingham, Kent. April 19, 1932, No. 11139. [Class 128.] A reversible carving dish, of the kind which on one side presents a raised central flat carving surface with a gravy channel and sump and on the other side serves when inverted to hold semi-liquid foods, has its raised central surface 1 in the plane of the upper edge 5 of the peripheral rim 4 so that when the dish is reversed it rests on the edge 5 and the surface 1. The gravy channel 2 gradually deepens towards the sump 3.
