Abstract
372,628. Dental air blowers. FRANK, E., 13, Bismarckstrasse, Hungen, and BRINKMANN, K., 10, Roonstrasse, Giessen, both in Germany. July 22, 1931, No. 20961. Convention date, July 23, 1930. [Class 81 (ii).] In an air blower for dental purposes of the kind having a heat accumulator between the pressure bulb and the nozzle, the heat accumulator consists of a container a filled with liquid and enclosed by a heat insulating sleeve c, and the air is conducted through the liquid by means of a metal pipe b. Non-return valves may be placed in the nozzle e of the pressure bulb and in the lower part of said bulb, respectively. An insulating washer d is placed between the heat accumulator and the bulb. The various parts are detachably connected, and the liquid container may be heated in a flame or may be provided with an electric heater k, Fig. 8.
