368,534. Galvanic batteries. BUMKE GES., H. A., 8, Chausseestrasse, Berlin. March 20, 1931, No. 8638. Convention date, Jan. 26. [Class 53.] The dolly of a dry cell is provided with an insulating member 7 of pitch &c. at the lower end, and a fabric wrapping 3 which terminates at the lower end of the dolly and does not pass under the bottom. The wrapping is held in position by a lacing 5 which may pass under the bottom of the dolly or may terminate in several turns near the bottom of the dolly. The insulating cap 7 adheres to the lower end of the fabric wrapping.
