Abstract

368,439. Supports for signs. DUTHIE, R. J., 2, Fountainhall Road, Aberdeen, and WALKER, R. W., 26, Munro Road, Glasgow. Sept. 25, 1931, No. 29010/30. [Class 3 (ii).] A post or pole supports a road sign comprising two reflectors of different colour or shape so that the horizontal angle between the reflectors may be varied. In one form, Fig. 1A, each reflector 3 is carried by a band clamp 4 which can be adjusted around the post, while in a modification, Fig. 2A, the reflectors 3 are adjustably mounted by means of holes or slots in a single clamping band.
