Abstract

365,410. Gas meters. COOKE, A. G., of Joymanco (Brighton), Ltd., Cambridge Grove, Hove, Sussex. March 25, 1931, No. 9158. [Class 54.] The flexible diaphragm of a gas meter is secured to its rim by a closely coiled helical spring 1 having one end 2 reduced in diameter so that it may be threaded in the opposite end to form an endless clip. The inner coil 4 of the reduced end 2 may be of a diameter intermediate those of the reduced and main portions.
