360,917. Caps. PHILLIPS, H. C., 4, Bushey Road, Charminster Hill, Bournemouth, Hampshire. Aug. 13, 1930, No. 24223. [Class 63.] A cap, especially intended for mechanics, has a flexible peak so connected to the front of the cap that it may be turned up or down by a flick of the hand. The cap may be of dungaree, the peak having an additional layer 12 connected to the main layer 9 of the peak by rows of close stitching. The upper edge of the peak piece 9 is connected to the front part of the cap on a line diverging upwardly from the rim of the cap, the gap between this line and the rim being filled by a piece 11 on each side. A rear extension 13, with an additional layer connected by rows of close stitching, covers the nape of the neck.
