[Class 98 (ii).] The films are protected against scratching &c. by applying thereto a transparent smooth skin as of cellulose, either by attaching as by adhesive to the image face a preformed skin, or by coating the image face, or both faces, as with a cellulose varnish. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 14340/12, [Class 97 (i), Optical systems &c.], 18098/12, 29616/12, 22234/13, 7956/15, 184,495, 285,228, and 307,431, [all in Class 98 (ii), Photographic processes &c.].
