Abstract
357,642. Closet-seat guards. SIKHEMA, K., 25, Oleanderlaan, The Hague. June 27, 1930, No. 19627. Convention date, May 10. [Class 26.] In a holder for a pad of closet-seat guards comprising a piece of cardboard 1, Fig. 1, bent over the upper edge of the pad 2 and fastened by the supporting cord 18, a strip 9 of paper is pasted to the front side of the holder, the curving effect so produced serving to grip the pad ; the ends of the holder are closed by paper strips 8, and the back thereof is provided with a backing sheet equal in size to the pad and secured by means of adhesive. In another form, Fig. 3, paper strips are pasted to both front and back cardboard strips which are connected by pieces of paper 16, 17. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a form in which metal pins are provided to secure the pad to the holder. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
