Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 103 (i).] A pair of concentric bands 1, 11 are arranged to be simultaneously expanded and contracted respectively to engage corresponding drums 2, 20, Fig. 6. The band 1 has a bridge-piece 3 engaged by springs 8 seated in a fixed guide block 5 in which also slides a pin 10 on the band 11. An operating cam 18 is disposed between the ends 15, 16 of the band 1 and simultaneously actuates the ends of the band 11 by means of the upturned ends of rods 13, 14 connected to members 12 on the band.
