Abstract

354,218. Combined purses and note cases. KAUFMANN, V. S., 133, Oxford Street, London. March 4, 1930, No. 7099. [Classes 18 and 133.] A combined purse and notecase comprises a purse proper of which the two halves are fitted with frame members 1 hinged together and extending to the bottom of the purse, and a flap 5 secured externally to the purse and provided with pockets 7 extending across the inner face thereof. Gussets 3 are secured between the frames, and the flap can be fastened to one of the purse walls by a press button &c. Pockets may also be provided on the exterior face of the flap and on the wall of the purse against which the flap folds; or the pockets 7 may extend across both the flap and the wall of the purse against which it folds. The purse frames may be made with square corners to take mounts of precious metal.
