Abstract
344,355. Couplings for tractors &c. THOMAS, J. L. H., 5, High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire. Dec. 3, 1929, No. 36940. [Class 79 (iii).] A cycle-trailer coupling allowing universal movements comprises an upright plate E<1> rotatably mounted on a transverse bracing bolt B, and a rightangled plate E<2> swivelly coupled to the plate E<1> by a bolt F, the trailer arm'being swivelly coupled to the other face of the plate E<3> by a bolt H. The bracing bolt B may couple frame-extension stays A<1>, D<1> anchored about the rear wheel spindle and seat pillar respectively in known manner. The Provisional Specification describes also a ball-andsocket form of coupling.
