[Class 142 (iv).] In a machine in which the warp beam a is carried by rocking arms c and rests against and is driven by a drum b, and the rocking of the arms c is retarded by a brake acting directly on a shaft h or 1, a handwheel 26 and gearing is provided by which the arms c can be rocked or moved to lower the warp beam to the ground for removal from the machine.
