Abstract

Scaffolding and staging. - A portable scaffold comprises a platform c and legs a hinged thereto so that they may be folded against the platform for storage. The legs are retained in open position by means of struts d extending from the base of the uprights f, in which the legs are adjusted, to the platform. The supports e for the uprights f are provided with wheels or skids and two or more may be connected together by braces g. The strutting may be disposed diagonally as shown in Fig. 3.
