Street and like lamps.- In a street or like lamp having one or more auxiliary reflectors associated with the underside of a main reflector, the auxiliary reflectors are adjustable for focussing, and also to vary the direction of reflection. They may be of trough-shaped or semifrusto-conical form. As shown, threaded rods d passing through slots' e in the main reflector a are attached to a strip i which lies within a channel strip h attached to the auxiliary reflector c and having a slot g for the. lateral adjustment of the reflector. The auxiliary reflector also moves circumferentially in the strip h. The reflectors may have a polished or matt surface.
