Abstract

Glazing. - The frame members A for glasshouses are connected at the ridges and eaves by hinge joints provided with clamping means whereby the joints may be rendered rigid after angular adjustment. The frame members are of hollow box-like form with ridge R, sides W, and curled edges. T by which the base is secured and which form water dripways S. These frame members are provided with apertured projections D, D<1> at their ends. adapted to receive locking bolts E on which are linked bolts F which pass through slots in the inner covering plates G, G<1> and act as clamping means for the outer covering plates N. The anglesection purlins P are secured to the frame member by detachable clips 0, Q which take bearing on the curled edges T of the frame members.
