Abstract
327,544. Deutsche Gasgl³hlicht- Auer-Ges. Nov. 5, 1928, [Convention date]. Radio-active preparations. Emanation from small quantities of radio-active substances is collected in capillary vessels filled with adsorbent material. A porous partition is preferably placed between the capillary vessel and the - vessel containing the radio-active substance, and dead space should be avoided in both vessels. In the illustrated apparatus the capillary l is fixed in the members g, f , d and screwed on to the vessel a containing the radio-active material i., a porous partition h being clamped between the two parts. A plunger k confines the radio-active substance to the upper part of the vessel.
