Flexible couplings.- Resilient shaft couplings, particularly for avoiding vibration in electromotor drives for gramophone turntables, comprise a rubber or like sleeve a carrying two pins b, c, which are disposed at right-angles and engage forks e, g formed in the ends of the shafts d, f. The pins b, c may be inserted into recesses formed in the sleeve a or may be introduced prior to vulcanization. The forks may be lined with rubber or the pins enclosed in rubber sheaths, Fig. 3 (not shown), in order to avoid noise.
