Syringes; dilating instruments.-A set of instruments for introducing medicaments &c. into the lungs, &c. comprises a syringe with a tube bent at an angle, the tube being terminated in a cone of gentle taper and smooth exterior adapted to be introduced into the glottis. For introducing a probe into the lungs by way of the glottis, the probe is held by the valved ends A of pincers B the ends of which when closed bear the shape of a cone of slight taper and smooth exterior adapted to be inserted into the glottis.
