Ammonium salts in general.-In the apparatus described in the parent Specification for obtaining dry ammonium salts by spraying acid into an atmosphere of ammonia in a chamber A, dry ammonia, supplied to the chamber by a pipe H is distributed over the base, and vapours escaping from the chamber are passed by a pipe D and bell L through acid in a tank B, from which the atomizer G is supplied.
