Milling-cutters; reamers.-In a milling-cutter, reamer, or like tool, the body A is provided with blade-slots a<2> which have radial recesses a<3> adapted to be filled with brazing compound and after the cutters b have been placed in position the whole tool is heated to cause the brazing compound to spread over the cutter faces and to harden the cutters. The cutters mav be located by flanges b<2> and may be provided with slots b<1>. In a modification, the recesses a' mav be in the cutters b instead of in the tool body.
