Abstract

311,892. Le Sueur, F. H. April 3, 1928. Eye - shields. - The glare of head-lights &c. is counteracted by a device adapted to be mounted on an ordinary pair of spectacles, the device consisting of two substantially sectorframe d just shaped screens b, b<1> supported on a frame d just above and to one side, of the normal line of sight. The frame d is composed of two semicircular portions with overlapping spring actuated arms e, the semicircular portions having hooks h to engage the eyepieces of spectacles. By means of the springs the frames d automatically adjust themselves to the spectacles.
