Universal hinges.- A universal pivot for the steering axles of toy motor-cars comprises a cruciform piece of metal with two arms 13 forming sleeves to carry the axle and the other two arms 6 constituting the pivots. The axles may rotate in the sleeves 13, or may be carried without rotation by flattening the centre of the axle.
