Abstract
306,349. Cowell, H. A. June 16, 1928. Rolling-machines.-In the type of machine in which dough is carried on a belt through a tube, the helt is grooved or roughened across the whole or one half of its width, the interior of the tube above the belt is roughened also, while the entrance end of the tube is provided with obstructions D formed by cutting the material and bending the cut portions inwards. The upper part of the tube F at the exit end projects beyond the lower part to facilitate delivery. The tube is horizontally divided into two parts J, Fig. 4, each part being formed to rest directly on the base as shown.
