Abstract

303,602. Moll, J. Nov. 4, 1927. Corrugated paper. - A composite cardboard sheet, suitable as a substitute for wood, is formed of two or more sheets of cardboard with flat sided corrugations secured together by adhesive &c. in such a manner that the corrugations are in engagement. A flat outer sheet may be provided on one or both sides. A central sheet a, Fig. 2, with corrugations twice the pitch of those of the outer sheets b, c may be enclosed between flat sheets d, e. A single sheet b, Fig. 4, may be combined with a sheet a having corrugations of twice the pitch, and enclosed between flat sheets, or having a flat sheet d on one side only. In both casest the flat sheets may be omitted. Two sheets a, a', Fig. 5, of equal pitch may be used.
