Indicators, declaration, trump, and like.-An apparatus for indicating calls in card games such as bridge, comprises a single controlling element for mechanically indicating, at the same time, the trump called, the number of tricks in these trumps, the total number of tricks to be made and the scoring value of these tricks. A key 15 is provided for each suit and for " no trumps." The mechanisms of the keys are similar and each comprises a train of wheels 4, 14, 13, 12 operated' step-by-step by a pawl 16 upon successive depressions of the key. A drum 3 is thus caused to indicate, at windows 1, 2, corresponding to the key the number of tricks called and the total tricks required. At the same time a drum 11 indicates, at windows 9, 10, the points representing the scoring value of the tricks, and a masking sector 7 is moved by a cam 18 so as to display the suit symbol through an orifice 6. A sector 30, retained bv a notched pawl 33, is set by a knob 32 to indicate whether the game is played under normal, doubled, or redoubled conditions. Knobs 35, 36 are used for setting drums behind windows 37, 38, to display the number of games won. A lever 24 is provided adjacent each key 15 for zeroizing the drums 3, 11, and masking the disc 5, the depression of the lever liberating a pawl 25 from a ratchet wheel 26 and allowing the drum mechanism to return under the action of a spring 22. To zeroize the drums simultaneously and at the same time to return the sector 30 under the influence of a spring, a knob 27 is rotated, thereby raising arms 29 so as simultaneously to displace all the levers 24 and pawls 25, and at the same time to displace the notched retaining pawl 33.
