Abstract
294,463. Wickel, F. K. July 23, 1927, [Convention date]. Ornamenting.-Transparent wrapping-material such as films of cellulose derivatives, or of paper made transparent by means of resin, is treated with mirror-forming materials, for instance by rubbing with bismuth oxychloride. The mirror effect may be preserved by coating with a dilute solution of resin, so that interference effects are produced. Specification 274,841, [Class 140, Waterproof &c. fabrics], is referred to.
