Racks.-A drying rack for timber comprises vertical members 1 connected by transverse members 2 supporting the coils of a central steam-pipe, and longitudinal members 3 supporting the pieces of timber 5. The rack may be enclosed by hinged members 7 or, alternatively, the longitudinal members may be provided with upstanding parts 8. Longitudinal rollers may be provided to facilitate the insertion and removal of the timber.
