Stands.-In a dental equipment stand comprising various instruments and appliances which are operated by electricity, the switchboard, constituted by the upper front part of the main casing or pedestal 5, carries a pilot lamp 104 inserted in the main supply circuit. The lamp is mounted on a plate 104<a> carried by rods 104<b> adapted to slide in apertures formed in bosses 105 on the wall of the pedestal. Outside the pedestal, the rods 104<b> are connected to a member 104<c> fitted with a glass window covering in aperture 106 in the pedestal wall. The whole lamp-carrying framework may be pulled forward to give access to the lamp. Specification 285,626 is referred to.
