Bifurcated or multiple-support handles. - A forked sheet-metal socket e for the handle of a rake is provided at its ends with flexible tongues g adapted to be inserted through transverse slots in the rake head a and to be secured by bending over. Each end of the forked socket may have one or two tongues g. Accidental detachment of the socket may be prevented by a spring wire arranged within the head a and engaging holes in the tongues g.
