Abstract
281,663. Eschingen, M. Ow-. Dec. 1, 1926, [Convention date]. Condensers.-The dielectric character of films of cellulose ethers and esters is increased bv soaking the film with an oil of considerable descriptive strength or resistance such as paraffin oils, transformer oils, and the like, the soaking being preferably carried out in a vacuum with subsequent increase of pressure. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also soaking the films in boiled linseed oil. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
