Sphygmographs. - In sphygmographs of the type described in Specification 222,161 the pneumatic cuff applied to the arm or other part of the body comprises chambers 14, 15 of flexible material, preferably rubber, forming a unitary structure and separated by a partition 16. The cuff is reinforced in the line of the partition 16 and on the side contacting with the body by a strip 17 of preferably inelastic material. Pneumatic connections 14<a>, 15<a> are provided.
