Awnings.-A dust cover for use with cars in garages consists of a fabric cover a dapted to be extended or collapsed on parallel horizontal supporting guides c which can be raised or lowered so that the cover clears or covers the vehicle. The guide c may be a single length of flexible wire supported on pulleys c<1>, c<2>, d, and the means to extend or collapse the cover may be pulling strings or wires f<1>, f<2>, also supported on pulleys.
