Abstract

267,873. Ezbelent, G., and Ezbelent, R. March 17, 1926, [Convention date]. Pleating-machines.-A cam for use in pleating and like machines such as described in Specifications 254,245 and 258,190, comprises a disc 1, 2 carrying a series of peripheral rollers 4 each mounted loosely upon an eccentric part a of a pin 3 which is adapted to be slid axially in opposition to a spring 11 to disengage a locking pin 8 and then to be rotated to project or withdraw the roller 4 in relation to the periphery of the disc. The coacting lever 5 carries a similarly eccentrically mounted roller 7. In this case, however, mutually perpendicular locking grooves 10, 9<a> are provided for the pin 8<a> to enable an intermediate adjustment to be effected.
