Abstract
266,531. Parnall & Sons, Ltd., and Bowman, H. A. Feb. 12, 1926. Handles.-A handle 15 for cabinet and showcase doors of the fall-front type is mounted in a recessed plate 13 secured to the lower edge of the door frame 11. A second plate 16, secured to the show-case frame 8<a>, is shaped with a recess forming a continuation of that in the first plate and accommodates part of the handle. In the form shown, the handle is pivotally mounted and has lugs 15<a> which maintain it in an horizontal position when the, door is raised and pushed into the case, as shown in Fig. 3.
