Rims of openings.-A metal washing tub or like vessel has an anti-splash rim R secured in place by turning or pressing the depending portion R<5> of the outer flange under an annular heading B formed on the vessel, as indicated in dotted lines in the two constructions shown. The vessel is subsequently galvanized. Draining apertures may be formed in the rim.
