266,210. Hilse, G. July 28, 1926. Cigar cutters.-In an igniter comprising two casing parts 1, 2 pivoted together at 24 and acted upon by a spring 23 to overlap and form a closed casing, which may be opened at the upper end by pressing together the lower ends of the casing parts, the latter form a cigar cutter, the part 1 carrying a cutting edge 27 and the part 2 being provided with an opening 28.
