Jackets and covers.- A tyre cover is formed of two leather strips A connected by stitching, cementing, &c., solid bead rings C arranged between and secured to both strips, and a rubber tread B. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also a cover formed of one or more leather strips with or without a rubber lining and tread strips or studs of leather or metal. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
