Mattresses.-A body-belt 3 with a drainage tube 4 communicates with a receptacle placed beneath a mattress, the drainage tube being provided with a wide flange or plate 5 against which the rim of the receptacle makes a tight joint. The joint is maintained by the pressure due to the superposed weight when in use, or straps or toggle lever devices 12 may be employed. Modified forms of the receptacle are described.
