Abstract

A method for displaying information of a current status of an at least partially automated motor vehicle 10 using a display device 14 viewable outside the vehicle, typically a projection into a front or rear window or a device in a window, involving receiving an information signal 16 of a current automation level 20 of vehicle 10 by display device 14 and displaying automation level 20 on display device 14. The device may display an SAE level, and the automation level may also be displayed inside the vehicle. Also provided are a computer program product, a computer-readable storage medium, a display device 14 and a motor vehicle 10.
