Abstract
A separable folding table board, used for being placed on a table to increase the supporting area of the table, comprising: table board units (100) and locking structures (200). At least two table board units (100) are provided, and the at least two table board units (100) are combined to form a complete table board. The table board units (100) can be folded. The locking structures (200) are provided between adjacent table board units (100). When the at least two table board units (100) are combined, the locking structures (200) are used for locking and fastening the adjacent table board units (100). The folding table board implements locking and separation between the table board units (100) by means of the provided locking structures (200). Moreover, the table board units (100) are configured to be folding boards (110, 120) formed by hingedly assembling a first sub-board (140) and a second sub-board (150), such that the table board units (100) can be folded again after being separated. The folding table board has the advantages of convenient use, convenient storage, small storage space, convenient movement, convenient assembly, and stable and firm structure after assembly.

SEPARABLE FOLDING TABLE BOARD
1. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical tield of furniture, in particular to a detachable folding table board.
2. Background Art
Nowadays, many restaurants or families generally use table boards to increase the number of diners when there are many diners. Most of the existing table boards are round, and the table boards are large and bulky, which is inconvenient to move, difficult to carry, needs to be lifted by multiple people at the same time, very inconvenient to use, and takes up a lot of storage space, so it needs to be improved.
3. Summary of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a detachable folding table board in view of the defects and deficiencies of the prior art, which realizes the locking and separation of the table board single bodies by setting a lock catch structure; at the same time, the table board single body is set as a folding board assembled by the first sub-board and the second sub-board, so that the table board single body can be folded again after being disassembled, which has the advantages of convenient use, convenient storage, small storage volume, convenient movement, convenient assembly, and stable and firm structure after assembly.

Further, the side of the second arc-shaped main body close to the second folding board is provided with a second installation groove, and the second installation groove is communicated with the fourth arc-shaped chute; the second locking piece further comprises: a second installation piece, wherein the second installation piece is adapted to the second arc-shaped convex strip, and the second installation piece is used for installing the second locking piece on the second lock body.

After adopting the above technical solutions, the advantageous effects of the invention are: when using the folding table board, first unfold the first sub-board and the second sub-board on the first folding board and the second folding board; then, butt the side of the first folding board on which the first lock body and the first locking piece are installed with the side of the second folding board on which the second lock body and the second locking piece are installed; finally, rotate the first locking piece by the first driving part, so that the first locking piece slides along the first arc-shaped chute, and extends out of the first lock body to be assembled with the third arc-shaped chute on the second lock body; similarly, rotate the second locking piece by the second driving part, so that the second locking piece slides along the third arc-shaped chute, and extends out of the second lock body to be assembled with the first arc-shaped chute on the first lock body; wherein, the rotation directions of the first locking piece and the second locking piece are the same. When the limiting boss is matched with the limiting groove at the limiting end position, stop rotating the first locking piece and the second locking piece, and the locking of the first folding board and the second folding board is completed. The foldable table board set in this way realizes the locking and separation of the table board single bodies by setting a lock catch structure; at the same time, the table board single body is set as a folding board assembled by the first sub-board and the second sub-board, so that the table board single body can be folded again after being disassembled, which has the advantages of convenient use, convenient storage, small storage volume, convenient movement, convenient assembly, and stable and firm structure after assembly.

5. Specific Embodiment of the Invention The invention will be further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.

The invention provides a detachable folding table board, as shown in FIGS. 1-8, wherein the detachable folding table board is used for being placed on a table to enlarge the supporting area of the table. The detachable folding table board comprises: table board single bodies 100 and lock catch structures 200.
Specifically, the table board single body 100 is provided with at least two, and at least two of the table board single bodies 100 are combined into a complete table board. In the application, each table single body 100 can be folded after being disassembled. The lock catch structures 200 are arranged between the adjacent table board single bodies 100; when at least two of the table board single bodies 100 are combined, the lock catch structures 200 are used for locking and buckling the adjacent table board single bodies.
It should be noted that as shown in FIG. 1 and 2, in the embodiment, the table board single body 100 is provided with two, which are a first folding board 110 and a second folding board 120 respectively. The complete table formed by the combination of the table single body 100 is a round table. More specifically, the first folding board 110 and the second folding board 120 both comprise: first sub-boards 140 and second sub-boards 150, and the first sub-boards 140 and the second sub-boards 150 are rotatably assembled through articulation pieces HO; both the first sub-board 140 and the second sub-board 150 are fan-shaped bodies with an angle of 90 degrees. The articulation piece 130 comprises: a first connector 131, a second connector 132, and a connecting piece 133. The first connector 131 is fixedly installed on the end surface of the first sub-board 140 on the side close to the second sub-board 150 by tightening screws. The second connector 132 is fixedly installed on the end surface of the second sub-board 150 on the side close to the first sub-board 140 by tightening screws. One end of the connecting piece 133 is rotatably assembled with both the first connector 131 and the second connector 132. In other embodiments, the articulation piece 130 is a hinge.
As shown in FIGS. 3-7, the lock catch structure 200 comprises: a first lock body 210, a second lock body 230, a first locking piece 220, and a second locking piece 240.
Specifically, the first lock body 210 is fixedly installed on the first folding board 110. The second lock body 230 is fixedly installed on the second folding board 120, and the second lock body 230 and the first lock body 210 are arranged on the same side. The first locking piece 220 is installed on the first lock body 210, and the first locking piece 220 can move relative to the first lock body 210 to extend out of the first lock body 210 and be inserted into the second lock body 230. The second locking piece 240 is installed on the second lock body 230, and the second locking piece 240 can move relative to the second lock body 230 to extend out of the second lock body 230 and be inserted into the first lock body 210.
As shown in FIGS. 3-7, the first lock body 210 comprises: a first arc-shaped main body 211 and first assembly parts 212. Specifically, the first arc-shaped main body 211 is provided with a first arc-shaped chute 201, and the side of the first arc-shaped chute 201 close to the second lock body 230 is provided with a first arc-shaped convex strip 213. The first assembly part 212 is provided with two, which are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the first

arc-shaped main body 211; a first receding groove 202 is formed between the two first assembly parts 212 and the first arc-shaped main body 211. It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the first arc-shaped main body 211 is a circular ring segment, and the two first assembly parts 212 are respectively arranged at the starting end and the ending end of the circular ring segment. The two first assembly parts 212 are integrally formed with the circular ring segment.
As shown in FIGS. 3-7, the first locking piece 220 comprises: a first fan-shaped body 221, a first fan-shaped convex part 222, a first arc convex part 223, and a first driving part 224.
Specifically, the first fan-shaped body 221 is adapted to the first arc-shaped main body 211 and can rotate relative to the first arc-shaped main body 211. The first fan-shaped convex part 222 is arranged on the side of the first fan-shaped body 221 close to the second lock body 230, and the first fan-shaped convex part 222 is arranged concentrically with the first fan-shaped body 221. In the embodiment, when the first fan-shaped body 221 is used for assembling with the first arc-shaped main body 211, the first fan-shaped convex part 222 is located on the inner side of the circular ring segment. The first arc convex part 223 is arranged on the first fan-shaped body 221 away from the first fan-shaped convex part 222, and a second arc-shaped chute 203 is provided between the first fan-shaped convex part 222 and the first arc convex part 223. When the first fan-shaped body 221 is used for assembling with the first arc-shaped main body 211, the first arc convex part 223 is slidably assembled in the first arc-shaped chute 201, and the first arc-shaped convex strip 213 is slidably assembled in the second arc-shaped chute 203. The first driving part 224 is arranged in the first receding groove 202, and the first driving part 224 is integrally formed with the outer side wall of the first fan-shaped body 221.
Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 3-7, the side of the first arc-shaped main body 211 close to the first folding board 110 is provided with a first installation groove 204, and the first installation groove 204 is communicated with the second arc-shaped chute 203. The first locking piece 220 further comprises: a first installation piece 225, wherein the first installation piece 225 is adapted to the first arc-shaped convex strip 213. The first installation piece 225 is configured to pass through the side wall of the first installation groove 204 to be clamped with the first arc-shaped convex strip 213, so as to install the first locking piece 220 on the first lock body 210.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3-7, the second lock body 230 comprises: a second arc-shaped main body 231, wherein the second arc-shaped main body 231 is provided with a third arc-shaped chute 205, and the side of the third arc-shaped chute 205 close to the first lock body 210 is provided with a second arc-shaped convex strip 233. The second assembly part 232 is provided with two, which are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the second arc-shaped main body 231. A second receding groove 207 is formed between the two second assembly parts 232 and the second arc-shaped main body 231. It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the second arc-shaped main body 231 has the same shape as the first arc-shaped main body 211, and both are a circular ring segment; the two second assembly parts 232 are respectively arranged at the starting end and the ending end of the circular ring segment. The two second assembly parts 232 are integrally fon-fled with the circular ring segment.
As shown in FIGS. 3-7, the second locking piece 240 comprises: a second fan-shaped body 241, a second fan-shaped convex part 242, a second arc convex part 243, and a second driving part 244.
Specifically, the second fan-shaped body 241 is adapted to the second arc-shaped main body 231, and can rotate relative to the second arc-shaped main body 231, and the center of rotation thereof is the fan-shaped center of the second fan-shaped body 241. The second fan-shaped convex part 242 is arranged on the side of the second fan-shaped body 241 close to the first lock body 210, and the second fan-shaped convex part 242 is arranged concentrically with the second fan-shaped body 241. The second arc convex part 243 is arranged on the second fan-shaped body 241 away from the second fan-shaped convex part 242. A fourth arc-shaped chute 206 is provided between the second fan-shaped convex part 242 and the second arc convex part 243. When the second fan-shaped body 241 is assembled with the second arc-shaped main body 231, the second arc convex part 243 is slidably assembled in the third arc-shaped chute 205. The second arc-shaped convex strip (233) is slidably assembled in the fourth arc-shaped chute 206. The second driving part 244 is arranged in the second receding groove 207, and the second driving part 244 is fixedly assembled with the outer side wall of the second fan-shaped body 241.
Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 3-7, the side of the second arc-shaped main body 231 close to the second folding board 120 is provided with a second installation groove 209, and the second installation groove 209 is communicated with the fourth arc-shaped chute 206; the second locking piece 240 further comprises: a second installation piece 245, wherein the second installation piece 245 is adapted to the second arc-shaped convex strip 233. The second installation piece 245 is configured to pass through the side wall of the second installation groove 209 to be clamped with the second arc-shaped convex strip 223, so as to install the second locking piece 240 on the second lock body 230.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3-8, the first installation piece 225 and the second installation piece 245 both comprise: an installation piece main body 250, an elastic part 260, and a clamping part 270.
Specifically, the installation piece main body 250 is made of plastic material. One end of the elastic part 260 is fixedly assembled with the installation piece main body 250, and the other end thereof extends outward to form a groove with the installation piece main body 250; the clamping part 270 is arranged on the side of the installation piece main body 250 away from the elastic part 260, and the clamping part 270 is used for corresponding clamping with the first arc-shaped convex strip 213 or the second arc-shaped convex strip 233.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3-8, the end surface of the first arc-shaped convex strip 213 close to the second lock body 230 and the end face of the second arc-shaped convex strip 233 close to the first lock body 210 are both provided with limiting grooves 208; the side of the installation piece main body 250 away from the elastic part 260 is provided with a limiting boss 280, and the limiting boss 280 is adapted to the limiting groove 208. In the embodiment, the installation piece main body 250, the elastic part 260, the clamping part 270, and the limiting boss 280 are integrally formed.
The working principle of the embodiment is roughly as follows: when using the folding table board, first unfold the first sub-board 140 and the second sub-board 150 on the first folding board 110 and the second folding board 120; then, butt the side of the first folding board 110 on which the first lock body 210 and the first locking piece 220 are installed with the side of the second folding board 120 on which the second lock body 230 and the second locking piece 240 are installed; finally, rotate the first locking piece 220 by the first driving part 224, so that the first locking piece 220 slides along the first arc-shaped chute 201, and extends out of the first lock body 210 to be assembled with the third arc-shaped chute 205 on the second lock body 230; similarly, rotate the second locking piece 240 by the second driving part 244, so that the second locking piece 240 slides along the third arc-shaped chute 205, and extends out of the second lock body 230 to be assembled with the first arc-shaped chute 201 on the first lock body 210; wherein, the rotation directions of the first locking piece 220 and the second locking piece 240 are the same. When the limiting boss 280 is matched with the limiting groove 208 at the limiting end position, stop rotating the first locking piece 220 and the second locking piece 240, and the locking of the first folding board 110 and the second folding board 120 is completed. The foldable table board set in this way realizes the locking and separation of the table board single bodies 100 by setting a lock catch structure 200, at the same time, the table board single body 100 is set as a folding board assembled by the first sub-board 140 and the second sub-board 150, so that the table board single body 100 can be folded again after being disassembled, which has the advantages of convenient use, convenient storage, small storage volume, convenient movement, convenient assembly, and stable and firm structure after assembly.

A detachable folding table board, wherein the detachable folding table board is used for being placed on a table to enlarge the supporting area of the table, comprising: table board single bodies (100), wherein the table board single body (100) is provided with at least two, and at least two of the table board single bodies (100) are combined into a complete table board. the table board single body (100) can be folded, and lock catch structures (200), wherein the lock catch structures (200) are arranged between the adjacent table board single bodies (100), when at least two of the table board single bodies (100) are combined, the lock catch structures (200) are used for locking and buckling the adjacent table board single bodies, 2. The detachable folding table board of Claim 1, the table board single body (100) is provided with two, which are a first folding board (110) and a second folding board (120) respectively; 3. The detachable folding table board of Claim 2, the lock catch structure (200) comprises: a first lock body (210), wherein the first lock body (210) is fixedly installed on the first folding board (110); a second lock body (230), wherein the second lock body (230) is fixedly installed on the second folding board (120), and the second lock body (230) and the first lock body (210) are arranged on the same side; a first locking piece (220), wherein the first locking piece (220) is installed on the first lock body (210), and the first locking piece (220) can move relative to the first lock body (210) to extend out of the first lock body (210) and be inserted into the second lock body (230); and a second locking piece (240), wherein the second locking piece (240) is installed on the second lock body (230), and the second locking piece (240) can move relative to the second lock body (230) to extend out of the second lock body (230) and be inserted into the first lock body (210); 4. The detachable folding table board of Claim 3, the first lock body (210) comprises: a first arc-shaped main body (211), wherein the first arc-shaped main body (211) is provided with a first arc-shaped chute (201), and the side of the first arc-shaped chute (201) close to the second lock body (230) is provided with a first arc-shaped convex strip (213); and first assembly parts (212), wherein the first assembly part (212) is provided with two, which are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the first arc-shaped main body (211); a first receding groove (202) is formed between the two first assembly parts (212) and the first arc-shaped main body (211); the first locking piece (220) comprises: a first fan-shaped body (221); a first fan-shaped convex part (222), wherein the first fan-shaped convex part (222) is arranged on the side of the first fan-shaped body (221) close to the second lock body (230), and the first fan-shaped convex part (222) is arranged concentrically with the first fan-shaped body (221); a first arc convex part (223), wherein the first arc convex part (223) is arranged on the first fan-shaped body (221) away from the first fan-shaped convex part (222), and a second arc-shaped chute (203) is provided between the first fan-shaped convex part (222) and the first arc convex part (223); the first arc convex part (223) is slidably assembled in the first arc-shaped chute (201), and the first arc-shaped convex strip (213) is slidably assembled in the second arc-shaped chute (203); and a first driving part (224), wherein the first driving part (224) is arranged in the first receding groove (202), and the first driving part (224) is fixedly assembled with the outer side wall of the first fan-shaped body (221).5. The detachable folding table board of Claim 4, wherein the side of the first arc-shaped main body (211) close to the first folding board (110) is provided with a first installation groove (204), and the first installation groove (204) is communicated with the second arc-shaped chute (203); the first locking piece (220) further comprises: a first installation piece (225), wherein the first installation piece (225) is adapted to the first arc-shaped convex strip (213), and the first installation piece (225) is used for installing the first locking piece (220) on the first lock body (210).6. The detachable folding table board of Claim 5, wherein the second lock body (230) comprises: a second arc-shaped main body (231), wherein the second arc-shaped main body (231) is provided with a third arc-shaped chute (205), and the side of the third arc-shaped chute (205) close to the first lock body (210) is provided with a second arc-shaped convex strip (233); and second assembly parts (232), wherein the second assembly part (232) is provided with two, which are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the second arc-shaped main body (231); a second receding groove (207) is formed between the two second assembly parts (232) and the second arc-shaped main body (231), the second locking piece (240) comprises: a second fan-shaped body (241); a second fan-shaped convex part (242), wherein the second fan-shaped convex part (242) is arranged on the side of the second fan-shaped body (241) close to the first lock body (210), and the second fan-shaped convex part (242) is arranged concentrically with the second fan-shaped body (241); a second arc convex part (243), wherein the second arc convex part (243) is arranged on the second fan-shaped body (241) away from the second fan-shaped convex part (242), and a fourth arc-shaped chute (206) is provided between the second fan-shaped convex part (242) and the second arc convex part (243); the second arc convex part (243) is slidably assembled in the third arc-shaped chute (205), and the second arc-shaped convex strip (233) is slidably assembled in the fourth arc-shaped chute (206), and a second driving part (244), wherein the second driving part (244) is arranged in the second receding groove (207), and the second driving part (244) is fixedly assembled with the outer side wall of the second fan-shaped body (241).7. The detachable folding table board of Claim 6, wherein the side of the second arc-shaped main body (231) close to the second folding board (120) is provided with a second installation groove (209), and the second installation groove (209) is communicated with the fourth arc-shaped chute (206); the second locking piece (240) further comprises: a second installation piece (245), wherein the second installation piece (245) is adapted to the second arc-shaped convex strip (233), and the second installation piece (245) is used for installing the second locking piece (240) on the second lock body (230).8.
