Abstract

A beveled middle-flange small-bore fixed ball valve suitable for integral molding and mounting of a valve ball and a valve stem, comprising a valve body, a valve stem (4), valve seats (5), a valve ball (3), and a fixing shaft (7). The valve body is formed by assembling a left valve body (1) and a right valve body (2) by means of a bolt (8); the left valve body (1) comprises a left mounting bevel, the right valve body (2) comprises a right mounting bevel, and the left mounting bevel of the left valve body (1) is attached to the right mounting bevel of the right valve body (2); the valve stem (4) is located on the left valve body (1); the fixing shaft (7) is located on the right valve body (2); the valve ball (3) is located between the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2); the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2) are both threadedly connected to adjusting seats (6); each valve seat (5) is located between the valve ball (3) and the corresponding adjusting seat (6); the adjusting seats (6) can act on the valve seats (5); and each adjusting seat (6) is provided with a recess (60) for a tool to enter. The left valve body and the right valve body of the ball valve are mounted by means of a bevel, so that the ball valve is suitable for manufacturing small-bore fixed ball valves.

Description

BEVELED MIDDLE-FLANGE SMALL-BORE FIXED BALL VALVE
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a ball valve, and in particular to a fixed ball valve.
Background Art
A ball valve is a valve in which a valve rod drives a valve ball to rotate and rotates around the axis of the ball valve. The ball valve includes a valve body, a valve ball, a valve rod, and a valve seat. As shown in Fig. 3, a valve seat of a conventional ball valve is also formed by connecting a left valve body and a right valve body, except that installation surfaces of the left valve body and the right valve body are vertical surfaces. This structure is suitable for a valve ball and valve rod separated structure. A valve ball and valve rod integrated structure cannot be installed in the valve body. However, it is technically difficult to provide a circulation hole and a groove for connecting a valve rod on a small valve ball of a small-caliber fixed ball valve. Even if the circulation hole and the groove are provided, the valve ball is likely to be damaged since a base surface of the groove is too small. Therefore, it is preferable that the valve ball and the valve rod are integrally formed. However, a conventional valve structure cannot be normally installed after the valve ball and the valve rod are integrally formed.
Summary of the Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve suitable for integrally forming and installing a valve ball and a valve rod.
The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve includes a valve body, a valve rod, a valve seat, a valve ball, and a fixed shaft. The valve body is formed by assembling a left valve body and a right valve body through bolts. The left valve body has a left installation bevel. The right valve body has a right installation bevel. The left installation bevel of the left valve body is attached to the right installation bevel of the right valve body. The valve rod is located on the left valve body. The fixed shaft is located on the right valve body. The valve ball is located between the left valve body and the right valve body. The left valve body and the right valve body are both in threaded connection with an adjusting seat. The valve seat is located between the valve ball and the adjusting seat. The adjusting seat can act on the valve seat. The adjusting scat has a groove for tool entry.
The valve body and the valve rod are integrally formed.
The right installation bevel of the right valve body is provided with a positioning protrusion. The left installation bevel of the left valve body is provided with a positioning groove. The positioning protrusion is matched and arranged in the positioning groove.
A disc spring is arranged between the adjusting scat and the valve scat.
An 0-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the valve seat and acts on the valve body.
A flexible graphite packing is arranged on the valve seat.
According to the bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve provided by the present disclosure, the integrally formed valve ball and valve rod are also installed since the left valve body and the right valve body are installed through bevels.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve includes a valve body, a valve rod 4, a valve seat 5, a valve ball 3, and a fixed shaft 7. The valve body is formed by assembling a left valve body 1 and a right valve body 2 through bolts 8. The left valve body 1 has a left installation bevel. The right valve body 2 has a right installation bevel. The left installation bevel of the left valve body 1 is attached to the right installation bevel of the right valve body 2. The valve rod 4 is located on the left valve body 1. The fixed shaft 7 is located on the right valve body 2. The valve ball 3 is located between the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2. The left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2 are both in threaded connection with an adjusting seat 6. The valve seat 5 is located between the valve ball 3 and the adjusting seat 6. The adjusting seat 6 can act on the valve seat 5. The adjusting seat 5 has a groove 60 for tool entry.
During installation, since the left valve body I has the left installation bevel, the valve rod 4 may pass through the left valve body 1 from bottom to top, the valve ball 3 integrally formed with the valve rod 4 is close to the valve seat 5 on the left valve body 1, and the right installation bevel of the right valve body 2 is attached to the left installation bevel of the left valve body I. Then, the left valve body and the right valve body are fixed through a plurality of bolts 8. After the valve body is installed, the two valve seats 5 on the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2 are both close to the valve ball 3. Next, a tool enters the groove 60 of the adjusting seat 6, and the adjusting seat 6 is rotated. Since the adjusting seat 6 adopts threaded connection, the adjusting scat 6 pushes the valve scat 5 to move inwards, and drives the valve seat 5 to act on the valve ball 3. Therefore, the installation is completed.
The valve body adopts a bevel separated structure and is suitable for installing a valve body and valve rod 4 integrally formed structure. Certainly, a valve body and valve rod 4 separated structure can also be installed.
In order to facilitate the combination of the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2, according to the disclosure, the right installation bevel of the right valve body 2 is provided with a positioning protrusion, while the left installation bevel of the left valve body 1 is provided with a positioning groove. When the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2 are combined, the positioning can be completed as long as the positioning protrusion is matched and arranged in the positioning groove, and then the bolts 8 are screwed.
In ordcr to makc the valve seat 5 somewhat elastic, a disc spring 9 is arranged between the adjusting seat 6 and the valve seat 5 of the disclosure. The disc spring 9 enables the valve seat 5 to have a certain floating effect, thereby forming a good sealing effect with the valve ball 3.
In order to form sealing between the valve scat 5 and the valve body, an 0-shaped sealing ring 10 is arranged on the valve seat 5 The 0-shaped sealing ring 10 acts on the valve body.
In order to form a better sealing effect between the valve seat 5 and the valve body, a flexible graphite packing 11 is arranged on the valve seat 5. The flexible graphite packing 11 enables the ball valve to realize good part sealing under high temperature and high pressure.

Claims (6)

  1. Claims I. A bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve, comprising: a valve body, a valve rod, a valve seat, a valve ball, and a fixed shaft, wherein the valve body is formed by assembling a left valve body and a right valve body through bolts, the left valve body has a left installation bevel, the right valve body has a right installation bevel, the left installation bevel of the left valve body is attached to the right installation bevel of the right valve body, the valve rod is located on the left valve body, the fixed shaft is located on the right valve body, the valve ball is located between the left valve body and the right valve body, the left valve body and the right valve body are both in threaded connection with an adjusting seat, the valve seat is located between the valve ball and the adjusting seat, the adjusting seat can act on the valve seat, and the adjusting seat has a groove for tool entry.
  2. 2. The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve according to claim 1, wherein the valve body and the valve rod are integrally formed.
  3. 3. The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve according to claim 1, wherein the right installation bevel of the right valve body is provided with a positioning protrusion, and the left installation bevel of the left valve body is provided with a positioning groove, the positioning protrusion being matched and arranged in the positioning groove.
  4. 4. The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve according to claim 1, wherein a disc spring is arranged between the adjusting scat and the valve seat.
  5. 5. The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve according to claim 2, wherein an 0-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the valve seat and acts on the valve body.
  6. 6. The bevel middle-flange small-caliber fixed ball valve according to claim 2, wherein a flexible graphite packing is arranged on the valve seat.
