As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the flange small-caliber fixed ball valve in the inclined plane comprises a valve body, a valve rod 4, a valve seat 5, a valve ball 3 and a fixed shaft 7, wherein the valve body is formed by assembling a left valve body 1 and a right valve body 2 through a bolt 8, the left valve body 1 is provided with a left installation inclined plane, the right valve body 2 is provided with a right installation inclined plane, the left installation inclined plane of the left valve body 1 is attached to the right installation inclined plane of the right valve body 2, the valve rod 4 is positioned on the left valve body 1, the fixed shaft 7 is positioned on the right valve body 2, the valve ball 3 is positioned between the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2, the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2 are respectively in threaded connection with an adjusting seat 6, the valve seat 5 is positioned between the valve ball 3 and the adjusting seat 6, the adjusting seat 6 can.

The valve body adopts an inclined plane split structure and is suitable for installation of an integrated structure of the valve body and the valve rod 4. Of course, the valve body and the valve rod 4 can be mounted in a separate structure.
In order to facilitate the combination of the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2, the positioning protrusion is arranged on the right mounting inclined surface of the right valve body 2, the positioning groove is arranged on the left mounting inclined surface of the left valve body 1, when the left valve body 1 and the right valve body 2 are combined, the positioning can be completed only by arranging the positioning protrusion in the positioning groove in a matching manner, and then the bolt 8 is screwed.
In order to provide the valve seat 5 with a certain elasticity, the invention is provided with a disc spring 9 between the adjusting seat 6 and the valve seat 5. The disc spring 9 enables a certain floating effect of the valve seat 5 and thus a good sealing effect with the valve ball 3.
In order to form a seal between the valve seat 5 and the valve body, an O-ring 10 is provided on the valve seat 5, and the O-ring 10 acts on the valve body.
In order to form a better sealing effect between the valve seat 5 and the valve body, the valve seat 5 is provided with a flexible graphite packing 11, and the flexible graphite packing 11 can enable the ball valve to realize good position sealing under high temperature and high pressure.
