Abstract

An intelligent cylinder lock comprises a spring bolt 141 controlled by cam 140 located between inner cylinder 130 and outer cylinder (120), an external handle 110 and an internal panel portion 200 with internal handle 201, a control (240) and transmission (250). The control, preferably motor driven, selectively couples the transmission (250) to couple outer handle 110 enabling unlocking, otherwise outer handle is idle. The transmission (250) may include a ratchet wheel allowing internal handle 201 to transmit rotation to cam 140. Outer handle may include a tamper resistant key cylinder allowing unlocking without power. Various components may be housed quick release casings allowing easy installation and replacement.

Description

An intelligent cylinder lock The invention relates to the technical field of lockset, in particular to an intelligent cylinder lock.

An intelligent cylinder lock refers to a kind of lock, differ from traditional mechanical lock, which is more intelligent in the aspects of user identification, security and management. The intelligent cylinder lock is the executive part of the lock door in the access control system.

The limit ball bearing (264) bears against the side face of the profiled wheel (244), constraining the total movement of the profiled wheel (244) when rotated by the motor (246), and returning the profiled wheel (244) to the original position once the motor has stopped exerting a rotational force.
As shown in Fig. 4, sand 8, the transmission means (250) comprises a push housing (251), the inner sleeve of the push housing (251) is provided with a driving insert (252).

One set of pin-lock springs (254) and pins (255) axially engage with the sockets (259) on the ratchet wheel (257). This constrains the rotation of the ratchet wheel (257) with the driving insert (252) unless the ratchet wheel (257) is axially displaced from the driving insert (252). The other set of pin-lock springs (254) and pins (255) radially engage with the outer ramped surface on the ratchet wheel (257), constraining the rotation of the ratchet wheel (257) to a single direction.
As shown in Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 12, a handle connecting axle (270) is arranged on one side of the ratchet wheel (257), the upper sleeve of the handle connecting axle (270) being provided with a bearing (271), and a bearing block (272) is arranged on one side of the bearing (271), a jacket cap (273) is arranged on the bearing block (272), and a reset spring (274) is arranged on the jacket cap (273).
The rear end of the handle connecting axle (270) is provided with a cavity (275), the cavity (275) is provided with a pressure spring (276), and the pressure spring (276) is provided with a block (277). Referring to figure 16, the housing (211) secures the bearing (271) and bearing block (272) position with an installation extension (213).
As shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 13, the locking part (160) comprises an extension block (161) arranged at the front end of the lock rod (152). The front end of the extension block (161) is connected with a top block (162), which includes a slot (163) which sits over the lock rod (152). As shown in Fig. 11, the key pin tumbler (151) is provided with a mechanism for preventing forced entry (170), this forced-entry prevention part (170) comprises a disk (171) arranged at the front end of the key pin tumbler (151), a top ball bearing (172) is arranged on one side of the disc (171). The back end of the disc (171) is also provided with a insert (173), and a limit slot (155) is arranged on the key pin tumbler (151). The position of the lower end of the outer rotating sleeve (153) coincides with the limit slot (155), and the limit slot (155) is provided with a limit block (156). The limit block (156) then allows a certain amount of rotation of the key pin tumbler (151) relative to the outer rotating sleeve (153) before further rotation is prevented by the limit block (156).
As shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 10, an intelligent control panel (111) is arranged below the outer handle (110), and the rear end of the intelligent control panel (111) is provided with a wiring board (112) which connects the intelligent control panel (111) to the control means (240).
As shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 7 and Fig. 10, the outer handle (110), inner handle (201) and fixed mounting cap (202) are each also provided with a quick release part (300), which operates in a similar manner in each case. The quick release part (300) comprises a limit hole (301) arranged on the outer rotating sleeve (153), the handle connecting axle (270) and fixed mounting cap (202) respectively. In each case, a spring (302) is arranged in the limit hole (301), and a projecting block (303) is connected on the spring (302), the outer handle (110), inner handle (201), inner housing (212) and outer housing (211) are provided with mounting holes (304) corresponding to the projecting block (303) position. Depression of the projecting block (303) accessed via the quick release part (300) allows the outer handle (110), inner handle (201) and/or fixed mounting cap (202) to be decoupled and rotated independently from the handle connecting axle (270), the outer rotating sleeve (153), and outer housing (211) respectively.
The working principle of the intelligent cylinder lock is as follows. When opening the door with a key outside: the key is inserted into the key pin tumbler (151) to turn for driving the lock rod (152), and the lock rod (152) pushes the top pin (164) into the through hole (166), then the door lock can be unlocked by turning the handle (110) or key in the same direction. The rotating key allows the top pin (164) to spring back through action of the the top pin spring (165), so that the outer handle (110) is in idle state.
When opening the door and the motor (246) is started. The communication device or smart panel (111) gives a control chip signal to drive the motor (246) to rotate, the profiled wheel (244) on the motor (246) rotates to move the connecting axle (270), pushing the push housing (251) above the connecting axle (270) forward. With the moving of the push housing (251), the driving mechanism in the push housing (251) moves forward as well, the pins (255) will be pushed into the sockets of the ratchet wheel (258) face, and the outer handle (110) will be rotated. The outer rotating sleeve (153) will drive the rotation of the connecting shaft (131), and the ratchet wheel (258) connected on the connecting shaft (131) will also rotate, thus driving the rotation of the transmission means (250), and the inner rotating sleeve on the transmission means (250) will drive the rotation of the lock cylinder cam wheel (140) on the inner rotating sleeve (154) to realize the unlocking.
After the motor signal ceases, the transmission means (250) is reset by the reset spring (274) of the front end. Because the transmission means (250) is reset to the original position, the rear pin leaves the jack of the ratchet, so that the external handle rotation can not be linked to the transmission means (250). In this way, the outer handle (110) is idling and the outer handle (110) can not be unlocked. If the inner handle (201) turns in one direction (clockwise in the example shown in figure 8), because of the co-operation of ratchet of the profiled wheel (244) and pins (255) on both sides, the pins will slip on the slope of the ratchet, and the lock will not unlock. If handle is turned in the opposite direction, the pins will drive the ratchet to rotate, thus interconnecting the transmission means (250) to achieve unlocking of the lock.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the intelligent cylinder lock, and is not used to limit the intelligent cylinder lock, the intelligent cylinder lock can have various changes for the technician in this field. Any made modification, equated substitution or improvement within the spirit and principle of the intelligent cylinder lock shall be included in the protective range of the intelligent cylinder lock.
In this specification an apparatus/method/product "comprising" certain features is intended to be interpreted as meaning that it includes those features, but that it does not exclude the presence of other features.
Many variations are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

  1. Claims 1. An intelligent cylinder lock, including a lock body (100) comprising a lock body (100) comprising an external handle (110), an outer lock cylinder (120), an inner lock cylinder (130), a lock cylinder cam wheel (140) arranged between the outer lock cylinder (120) and inner lock cylinder(130), a spring bolt part (141) being connected to the lock cylinder cam wheel (140), the spring bolt part (141) comprises the front spring bolt (142), the contact block (143) at the rear of lock cylinder, the upper part of the contact block (143) including a toggle block (144); and an internal panel portion (200), the internal panel portion (200) being arranged at the end of the lock body (100), the internal panel portion (200) comprising an intelligent control (210) comprising an outer housing (211) an inner housing (212) being set inside the outer housing (211), the inner housing (212) being divided into an intelligent box (220) and power supply box (230) the intelligent box (220) being set at the upper end of the inner housing (212) including control means (240) and transmission means (250); and an internal handle (201).

The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 1, wherein there is provided an anti-tamper lock core (150) comprising a key pin tumbler (151) a lock rod (152) extending from the key pin tumbler (151), a locking part (160) connected with the end of the lock rod (152) distal from the the outer handle (110) an outer rotating sleeve (153); encompassing the key pin tumbler (151) and lock rod (152) an inner rotating sleeve (154) connected with the outer rotating sleeve (153) distal from the key pin tumbler (151) and lock rod (152) a connecting shaft (131) disposed within the bore of the inner rotating sleeve (154), the anti-tamper lock core extending through the outer lock cylinder (120) and the inner lock cylinder (130).
  3. 3. The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 1, wherein the control means (240) comprises a fixed mounting cap (202) provided with a connecting portion (203) a connecting axle (241) secured in the connection portion (203) an contact block (242) below the connecting axle (241) and integral U bar (243) above the connecting axle (241) a contact block (242) provided with a profiled wheel (244), the profiled wheel (244) being provided with a slot (245) a motor (246) and a stop gear (260), the motor being connected to the profiled wheel (244), and the stop gear (260) including a limit seat (261) having a limit chamber (262), with a limit spring (263) arranged in the limit chamber (262), and a limit ball bearing (264) being arranged on the limit spring (263).

The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 3, wherein the transmission means (250) comprises; a push housing (251) having an inner sleeve, a driving insert (252) mounted on the inner sleeve of the push housing (251), the driving insert (252) having mounting slots (253) arranged on the sides and back end of the driving insert (252), a through hole (256) being provided through the driving insert (252), pin-lock springs (254) and pins (255) arranged on the pin-lock spring (254) disposed in the the mounting slots (253).
  5. 5. The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 4, wherein the driving insert (252) is also provided with a ratchet wheel (257) having a mounting hole (258) being arranged in the middle of the ratchet wheel (257), and having sockets (259) uniformly arranged around the mounting hole (258).
  6. 6. The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 5, wherein there is further provided; a handle connecting axle (270) being arranged on one side of the ratchet wheel (257), the handle connecting axle including an upper sleeve, and further including a bearing (271), a bearing block (272) being arranged on one side of the bearing (271) a jacket cap (273) arranged on the bearing block (272) a reset spring (274) arranged on the jacket cap (273), one end of the handle connecting axle (270) being provided with a cavity (275), there being further provided a pressure spring (276) provided in the cavity (275) a block (277) that is biased by the pressure spring (276) the housing (211) including an installation extension (213) to secure the bearing (271) and bearing block (272) in position.

The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 6, wherein the locking part (160) comprises an extension block (161) arranged at the front end of the lock rod (152), and a top block (162) connected with the front end of the extension block, the top block (162) including a slot (163) corresponding to the extension block (161), the upper end of the top block (162) being provided with a top pin (164), and a top pin spring (165) connected to the top pin (164) the upper end of the top block (162) a through hole (166) extending through the outer rotating sleeve (153) and the inner rotating sleeve (154), arranged to correspond with the position of the top pin (164), the top block (162) disposed inside the outer rotating sleeve (153).

The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 1, wherein the key pin tumbler (151) is provided with a mechanism for preventing forced entry (170), the mechanism for preventing forced entry (170) comprising; a disk (171) arranged at the front end of the key pin tumbler (151), a top ball bearing (172) being arranged on one side of the disc (171), being also provided with an insert (173) provided on the back end of the disc (171) a limit slot (155) arranged on the key pin tumbler (151), and a limit block (156), the position of the lower end of the outer rotating sleeve (153) corresponding to the limit slot (155).
  9. 9. The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 1, wherein an intelligent control panel (111) being also arranged below the outer handle (110), and the back end of the intelligent control panel (111) being provided with a wiring board (112).
  10. 10. The intelligent cylinder lock according to Claim 1, wherein the outer handle (110), inner handle (201) and fixed mounting cap (202) are also provided with a quick release part (300), the quick release part (300) comprising; a limit hole (301) arranged on at least one of the following parts; the outer rotating sleeve (153), the handle connecting axle (270), and the fixed mounting cap (202), a spring (302) disposed in the limit hole (301), a projecting block (303) being connected on the spring (302), wherein at least one of the following parts the outer handle (110) in the case of the outer rotating sleeve (153), inner handle (201) in the case of the handle connecting axle (270), and inner housing (212) and outer housing (211) in the case of the fixed mounting cap (202), are provided with mounting holes (304) corresponding to the projecting block (303) position.
