Abstract
An intelligent lock comprises a lock body with an intelligent component (e.g. password, fingerprint or card swipe) and a handle. The intelligent component comprises a casing divided into an upper intelligent compartment and a power compartment. The intelligent compartment includes a control mechanism and a transmission mechanism. The lock body includes a handle structure, an outer lock shell and an inner lock shell. In use the control mechanism controls a motor 246 which rotates a shaped cam wheel 244 which has a slot in it for receiving a connecting rod 242 which is part of a U shaped rod 243. The cam causes pivotal movement of the U shaped rod which moves a connecting shaft 131 to move. A lifting pin (164 Fig 9) is then caused to engage in a hole in the inner rotary shell (154). When inner and outer rotary shells are connected the handle can then operate the lock. Also disclosed is a quick release mechanism (300 Fig 7) which allows the lock to be replaced without additional door fixings and a transmission mechanism (250) having a ratchet wheel which can be rotated to allow the door lock to be fitted to both left and right hung doors.

Technical field
The invention involves the technical field of locks, in particular to an intelligent lock.
Background technology
The intelligent lock refers to a lock that is more intelligent in terms of user identification, security, and management than the traditional mechanical lock. The intelligent lock is an execution component of locking the door in the access control system. Most intelligent locks can replace the mechanical locks by dismantling the mechanical locks before punching and installing. It is not feasible to lock and unlock by password, fingerprint and credit card by simply replacing the lock cylinder. Content of invention In view of this, the invention provides an intelligent lock with low cost, high reliability, and novel structure.
A kind of intelligent lock, which comprises the lock bodyand the rear plate.The said rear panel plate is set at a right end of the lock body, and the said rear panel comprises an intelligent componentand an inner handle. The intelligent component comprises a casing. The casing is set with an inner casing inside, and the inner casing is divided into an intelligent compartment and a power compartment. The intelligent compartment is disposed at the upper end of the inner casing, and includes a control mechanismand a transmission mechanism. The aforesaid lock body includes a handle structure, an outer lock shell and an inner lock shell.
Furthermore, the said control mechanism includes one fixed mounting panel connecting the lock body. The said fixed mounting panel is set with one connecting seat on it. The said connecting seat is equipped with the connecting rod. Under the connecting rod, there is the connecting block. Above the connecting rod, there is the U-shape rod. The said transmission mechanismis set above the U-shaped rod, and the said connecting rod is set with the shaped cammed wheel, which is connected with the motor and the restriction mechanism. The said restriction mechanism includes one restriction seat, and the said restriction seat is set with the restriction chamber. The said restriction chamber is set with the restriction springinside. The said restriction spring is set with the restriction bead.
Furthermore, the state transmission mechanism includes one push casing, and the said push casing has the transmission component inside. The two sides and rear end of the transmission component are set with installation grooves. The installation grooves has the dowel springinside. The dowel spring is set with the dowel. The said transmission component has a through hole in the middle.
The transmission mechanism realizes that the push casing, transmission component, lifting pin spring, lifting pin and housing are in the same front and rear movement path through the connecting rod in the front end and the reset spring in the rear end.

The said top block is set with the lifting pin on the upper end. The lifting pin is covered with the lifting pin spring. The position of the said outer rotary shell and inner rotary shell corresponding to the lifting pin is set with the through hole. The said top block is set within the outer rotary shell.
The lock mechanism is retracted into the outer rotary shell in normal conditions, so the rotary handle will be unable to drive the cylinder dial wheel to unlock.
Furthermore, the said key head is set with the anti-forced entry mechanism inside. The anti-forced entry mechanism includes the anti-forced entry chip set on the front end of the key head. The anti-forced entry chip is set with the top bead on one side. The anti-forced entry chip is set with the inserted piece on the rear end. The said key head is set with the restriction groove. The position of the outer rotary shell lower end corresponding to the restriction groove is set with the restriction block.
The design of the anti-forced entry mechanism enables the lock of the external door to be safer and more protective.

The invention has the advantages of: The invention has the simple structure, convenient operation and wide application. There is no need to punch holes on the door for re-installment. It is only required to exchange the original lock, and it will realize the unlocking through password, fingerprint and card swiping. In addition, it realizes the combination of the mechanical lock and intelligent lock, and the two means are relatively independent.
It is not restricted by the door lock direction. The door can be opened in either left or right side by exchanging the direction of the ratchet wheel.
It adopts the modularized philosophy, and divides the intelligent lock into three parts. It is only required to replace the damaged part only, which is more humanized and cost-effective.
It breaks through the characteristics that the present intelligent lock has no mechanical lock. The mechanical lock can still be used, thus being convenient for some users.
The anti-forced entry chip is set on the front end of the key head, so that when the outer key hole suffers from any violent damage such as the electrical drill, the anti-forced entry chip will rotate as the head, so that the tool is unable to enter the lock body.
The design of the quick release mechanism enables the intelligent lock to be dismantled more conveniently. In the meanwhile, the exchange of the ratchet wheel direction is more 30 convenient.

As shown in figure 4, figure Sand figure 13, the said control mechanism 240 includes one fixed mounting panel 202 connecting the lock body 100. The said fixed mounting panel 202 is set with one connecting seat 203 on it. The said connecting seat 203 is equipped with the connecting rod 241. Under the connecting rod 241, there is the connecting block 242. Above the connecting rod 241, there is the U-shape rod 243. The said transmission mechanism 250 is set above the U-shaped rod 243, and the said connecting rod 242 is set with the shaped cammed wheel 244, which is connected with the motor 246 and the restriction mechanism 260. The said restriction mechanism 260 includes one restriction seat 261, and the said restriction seat 261 is set with the restriction chamber 262. The said restriction chamber 262 is set with the restriction spring 263 inside. The said restriction spring 263 is set with the restriction bead 264.
As shown in figure 4 and figures, the state transmission mechanism 250 includes one push casing 251, and the said push casing 251 has the transmission component 252 inside. The two sides and rear end of the transmission component 252 are set with installation grooves 253. The installation grooves 253 have the dowel spring 254 inside. The dowel spring 254 is set with the dowel 255. The said transmission component 252 has a through hole 256 in the middle.

As shown in figure 9, there is a lock cylinder dial wheel 140 set between the outer lock shell 120 and inner lock shell 130. There is an anti-theft lock cylinder 150 set in the middle of the external handle 110, outer lock shell 120, inner lock shell 130 and lock cylinder dial wheel 140. The anti-theft lock cylinder 150 includes the key head 151. The key head 151 is set with a lock rod 152 in the front end. The front end of the lock rod 152 is connected with a locking mechanism 160. The key head 151 and lock rod 152 are covered by the outer rotary shell 153, and the outer rotary shell 153 is connected with the inner rotary shell 154 on the rear end. The inner rotary shell 154 is still set with the connecting shaft 131.
As shown in figure 9 and figure 13, the said lock mechanism 160 includes the extension block 161 set on the front end of the lock rod 152. The said extension block 161 is connected with the top block 162 on the front end. The position of the top block 162 corresponding to the extension block 161 is set with the gap groove 163. The said top block 162 is set with the lifting pin 164 on the upper end. The lifting pin 164 is covered with the lifting pin spring 165.
The position of the said outer rotary shell 153 and inner rotary shell 154 corresponding to the lifting pin 164 is set with the through hole 166. The said top block 162 is set within the outer rotary shell 153.
As shown in figure 11, the said key head 151 is set with the anti-forced entry mechanism 170 inside. The anti-forced entry mechanism 170 includes the anti-forced entry chip 171 set on the front end of the key head 151. The anti-forced entry chip 171 is set with the top bead 172 on one side. The anti-forced entry chip 171 is set with the inserted piece 173 on the rear end. The said key head 151 is set with the restriction groove 155. The position of the outer rotary shell 153 lower end corresponding to the restriction groove 155 is set with the restriction block 156.
As shown in figure 7 and figure 10, the said outer handle 110 is set with the intelligent control panel 111 downwards, and the said intelligent control panel 111 is set with the wiring board 112 downwards.
As shown in figure 7 and figure 10, The said outer handle 110, inner handle 201 and fixed mounting panel 202 are set with the quick release mechanism 300. The said quick release mechanism 300 includes the restriction hole 301 set on the outer rotary shell 153, handle connecting rod 270 and fixed mounting panel 202. The said restriction hole 301 is set with the spring 302. The spring 302 is connected with the spring block 303. The positions of the outer handle 110, inner handle 201, inner casing 212 and outer casing 211 corresponding to the spring block 302 are set with installation holes 304.
The working principle of this invention is: When the user uses the key to open the door from outside, the key is inserted into the hole and then rotates. It drives the lock rod to rotate. The lock rod pushes the lifting pin into the through hole. Afterwards, the user only has to continue to rotate the handle or key in the same direction, the door will be unlocked. Afterwards, please rotate back the key to enable the lifting pin to spring back through the lifting pin spring. The outer rotary shell and the inner rotary shell no longer have the engaged movement relationship, then, if the outer rotary shell is revolved, it is in the idling condition.
When the outdoor unlocking motor is started, the communication equipment or intelligent panel sends signal to the control core to drive the motor. Then, the shaped cammed wheel rotates and prizes the connecting rod, and moves forward the push shell above the connecting rod. As the push rod moves, it drives the transmission mechanism in the push shell to advance forward as well. The lifting pin will be inserted into the inserting hole of the ratchet wheel. It drives the outer handle, and the revolving of the outer shell drives the connecting rod, and then the ratchet wheel on the connecting rod will revolve as well, so as to drive the transmission component. The inner rotary shell on the transmission component drives, so as to drive the lock cylinder dial wheel on the inner rotary shell, thus realizing the unlocking.
When the motor signal disappears, the transmission mechanism resets through the reset spring on the front end. Since the transmission mechanism resets backwards, the rear lifting pin leaves the inserting hole of the ratchet wheel. In such a manner, the handle revolving is unable to link the revolving of the transmission mechanism, so that the outer handle is in the idling conditions. Revolving the outer handle will unable to unlock the lock. The inner handle rotates, because of the coordination between the ratchet wheel and the lifting pins on the two sides, if the left-direction lifting pin slides on the slope and is unable to unlock, the ratchet wheel will be moved to rotate in the right direction, so as to link the transmission mechanism to unlock.

- Claims: 1.An intelligent lock, which comprises the lock body (100) and the rear plate (200), wherein a rear panel plate (200) is set at a right end of a lock body (100), and the said rear panel (200) comprises an intelligent component (210) and an inner handle (201), the intelligent component (210) comprising a casing (211) set with an inner casing inside (212), and the inner casing (212) being divided into an intelligent compartment (220) and a power compartment (230), the intelligent compartment (220) being disposed at the upper end of the inner casing (212), and includes a control mechanism (240) and a transmission mechanism (250), the aforesaid lock body (100) includes a handle structure (110), an outer lock shell (120) and an inner lock shell (130).

An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein the said control mechanism (240) includes one fixed mounting panel (202) connecting the lock body (100), the said fixed mounting panel (202) being set with one connecting seat (203) on it, the said connecting seat (203) being equipped with the connecting rod (241), under the connecting rod (241) there being the connecting block (242), and above the connecting rod (241), there being the U-shape rod (243), the said transmission mechanism (250) being set above the U-shaped rod (243), and the said connecting rod (242) being set with the shaped cammed wheel (244), which being connected with the motor (246) and the restriction mechanism (260). The said restriction mechanism (260) includes one restriction seat (261), and the said restriction seat (261) being set with the restriction chamber (262), the said restriction chamber (262) being set with the restriction spring (263) inside, and the said restriction spring (263) being set with the restriction bead (264).

An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein the said transmission mechanism (250) includes one push casing (251), and the said push casing (251) having the transmission component (252) inside, the two sides and rear end of the transmission component (252) are set with installation grooves (253), the installation grooves (253) having the dowel spring (254) inside. The dowel spring (254) being set with the dowel (255). The said transmission component (252) having a through hole (256) in the middle.

An intelligent lock according to claim 3 wherein the said transmission component (252) has a ratchet wheel (257) inside, and the said ratchet wheel (257) being set with the installation holes (258) in the middle, and the said installation holes (258) are set with inserting holes around evenly (259).

An intelligent lock according to claim 4 wherein there being a handle connecting rod (270) on one side of the said ratchet wheel (256), and the handle connecting rod (270) being covered with a bearing (271), there being a bearing seat (272) set on one side of the bearing (271), the bearing seat (272) being set with a casing (273) above, the casing (273) being set with the reset spring (274), the handle connecting rod (270) having an empty chamber (275) in the rear end, the empty chamber (275) being set with a compression spring (276) inside, the compression spring (276) being set with a covering block (277), the position of the casing (211) matched with the bearing (271) and bearing seat (272) being set with the installation and extension part (213).

An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein there is provided a lock cylinder dial wheel (140) set between the outer lock shell (120) and inner lock shell (130), there being an anti-theft lock cylinder (150) set in the middle of the external handle (110), outer lock shell (120), inner lock shell (130) and lock cylinder dial wheel (140), the anti-theft lock cylinder (150) includes the key head (151), the key head (151) being set with a lock rod (152) in the front end, the front end of the lock rod (152) being connected with a locking mechanism (160), the key head (151) and lock rod (152) are covered by the outer rotary shell (153), and the outer rotary shell (153) being connected with the inner rotary shell (154) on the rear end, the inner rotary shell (154) being still set with the connecting shaft (131).

An intelligent lock according to claim 6 wherein the said lock mechanism (160) includes the extension block (161) set on the front end of the lock rod (152), the said extension block (161) being connected with the top block (162) on the front end, the position of the top block (162) corresponding to the extension block (161) being set with the gap groove (163), the said top block (162) being set with the lifting pin (164) on the upper end, the lifting pin (164) being covered with the lifting pin spring (165), the position of the said outer rotary shell (153) and inner rotary shell (154) corresponding to the lifting pin (164) being set with the through hole (166), the said top block (162) being set within the outer rotary shell (153).
- 8. An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein the said key head (151) is set with the anti-forced entry mechanism (170) inside. The anti-forced entry mechanism (170) includes the anti-forced entry chip (171) set on the front end of the key head (151). The anti-forced entry chip (171) is set with the top bead (172) on one side. The anti-forced entry chip (171) is set with the inserted piece (173) on the rear end. The said key head (151) is set with the restriction groove (155). The position of the outer rotary shell (153) lower end corresponding to the restriction groove (155) is set with the restriction block (156).
- 9. An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein the said outer handle (110) is set with the intelligent control panel (111) downwards, and the said intelligent control panel (111) is set with the wiring board (112) downwards.
- 10. An intelligent lock according to claim 1 wherein the said outer handle (110), inner handle (201) and fixed mounting panel (202) are set with the quick release mechanism (300). The said quick release mechanism (300) includes the restriction hole (301) set on the outer rotary shell (153), handle connecting rod (270) and fixed mounting panel (202). The said restriction hole (301) is set with the spring (302). The spring (302) is connected with the spring block (303). The positions of the outer handle (110), inner handle (201), inner casing (212) and outer casing (211) corresponding to the spring block (302) are set with installation holes (304).
