259,945. Grant, H. L. Oct. 19, 1925, [Convention date]. Blasting fuzes.-The bare ends 6, 7 of the wires of the electric fuze 8 of a detonator 5 are short-circuited by a metal clip A, which fits tightly against the wires and scrapes them clean when pulled off. This short circuit prevents accidental passage of E.M.F. to the fuze. Specification 241,796 is referred to.
