SYSTEM
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] This application relates to the field of Internet data processing, and in particular, to a digital product virtual transaction method and system based on a blockchain network.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] A digital product transaction system is usually borne on the Internet or the mobile Internet. As shown in FIG 1, the digital product transaction system usually includes a digital product transaction system 1 (transaction system 1 for short) and a payment settlement system 2 that are connected through an Internet P, and several terminals 3, 4, and 5 that are distributed in the network. For a digital product selected in the transaction system 1 by the terminal, after performing a currency payment, the payment settlement system 2 may download the digital product of the transaction system 1 to the terminal.
[0003] Obviously, during a transaction process of the digital product, accessing the transaction system 1 is a necessary and complex process. The truncation can be completed after relatively more network resources are consumed, for example, longer time is spent or more network traffic is consumed. When a network environment is not good or operation time is not enough, more network resources may be consumed, or the transaction is difficult to be completed. In addition, if an operator is not well experienced, efficiency of accessing the transaction system 1 may be reduced. As a result, the transaction may be limited.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0026] Refer to FIG 2, FIG. 2 is a data transfer view of a digital product virtual transaction method according to this application.
[0027] It may be learned from FIG 2 that this application provides a digital product virtual transaction method. The method may be applied to any transaction terminal that transacts a digital product on the Internet or a blockchain network. The method specifically includes the following steps.
[0028] St: Scan integrated code of a digital product, where the integrated code includes program code that uses payment confirmation data as a function and releases the digital product and attribute code of the digital product.
[0029] In this embodiment, the digital product usually refers to a product that exists in a form of electronic data, including a content-type product, such as news, books and periodicals, movies, or music; further including an exchange tool, such as a digital product representing a contract, a digital ticket, or a digital reservation; and further including digital processes and services, such as government services, letters, fax and electronic consuming, distance education, or interactive entertainment. Economic benefits and value in use that can be brought in by the digital product can be achieved through the transaction of the digital product.
[0030] To better transact the digital product, in this application, the digital product to be transacted is configured with a preset integrated code. The integrated code is usually configured by a digital product transaction platform borne in the Internet or the blockchain network. The integrated code uniquely corresponds to the digital product, may be merely used for the transaction of the digital product, and may also be used in other operations.
[0031] The integrated code includes program code that uses the payment confirmation data as a function and releases the digital product and the attribute code of the digital product. The attribute code of the digital product is used to indicate an attribute of the digital product, such as a product name, date of production, or product price. The attribute code of the digital product is equivalent to a label of the digital product. The program code that releases the digital product is used to restore compressed data of a compressed digital product as data of an original digital product, not limited to including program code for decompression, a decompression password, right exertion item data of the digital product, and the like. The program code that releases the digital product has a functional relationship with the payment confirmation data that is generated when the transaction of the digital product is completed. In other words, through the generated payment confirmation data, the program code that releases the digital product may be obtained according to a preset functional relationship, or the generated payment confirmation data may trigger a program of releasing the digital product through a result of a functional operation. There may be a plurality of functional relationships; this is not limited in this embodiment.
[0032] In this embodiment, a specific form of the integrated code is not specifically defined. According to the foregoing description, the integrated code may be merely used for the transaction of the digital product, or may be used for other functions. Therefore, the integrated code may be designed to be in a form of graphic code, such as barcode or two-dimensional code, or may be designed to be in a form of a character string or a character matrix. However, no matter what form is used, in the foregoing step S 1, it may be satisfied that the integrated code of the digital product can be obtained by means of scanning.
[0033] The integrated code may be parsed based on the scanned integrated code of the digital product, to extract data information that is relevant to the transacted digital product and is used for the transaction [0034] S2: Parse the integrated code, to obtain a release program of the digital product, compressed data of the digital product, and attribute data of the digital product.
[0035] In this embodiment, after scanning the integrated code of the digital product, the transaction terminal needs to parse the integrated code to extract data for implementing a transaction process. The release program of the digital product is used to decompress the compressed data of the digital product, to generate data of the original digital product. When being stored in the Internet or the blockchain network, the digital product is usually stored in a compressed form, an encrypted form, or the like, to ensure relatively high security and save resource consumption. Therefore, the transaction terminal needs to decompress the compressed data of the digital product, obtained through parsing, by using the release program of the digital product [0036] Certainly, after the integrated code is parsed, not any transaction terminal can directly decompress the compressed data of the digital product to obtain the original digital product, but it needs to perform a payment process first. Therefore, in this embodiment, the release program of the digital product is executed under a certain condition. For example, according to the foregoing step Sl, the release program of the digital product is allowed to be started when the payment confirmation data is obtained.
[0037] S3: Generate payment data based on the attribute data of the digital product, where the payment data includes a data wallet address, a currency type, and an amount in the currency. [0038] According to the attribute data of the digital product, an address to which payment is required, a currency type, a payment amount in the currency and other information may be correspondingly generated as payment data. The payment data is used for a payment of the transaction of the digital product. A buyer in the transaction may perform a corresponding payment operation based on the payment data. Once the payment operation is completed, a payment transaction platform or a seller may inform the buyer of information about a successful payment in a form of information feedback. Synchronous to the information about a successful payment, in this embodiment, the payment confirmation data is also used for the transaction of the digital product. The payment confirmation data is mainly used to decompress the release program of the digital product and the compressed data of the digital product that are obtained in the foregoing step.
[0039] Therefore, the foregoing step 53 further includes obtaining payment confirmation data that is based on the payment data The payment confirmation data in this case is not limited to include a decompression password for decompression, right exertion item data of the digital product, and the like. The right exertion item data of the digital product refers to that according to different payment amounts, a digital product that is finally obtained through decompression may be split, so that when the buyer does not pay the entire payment, the buyer can merely obtain some digital products, or can merely obtain some rights of the digital product.
[0040] A correspondence between a right item of the digital product and a payment amount may be described by using the following table as an example. [0041] Payment amount ratio Right exertion item data of the digital product 100% (All rights) not limited to include all digital product data, a right of use, a right of production, a right of lease, and the like.
80% (Some rights) a part of the digital product data, the right of use, the right of production, and the like; or all the digital product data, a time-limited right of use, no other rights.
50% (Some rights) a part of the digital product data, a time-limited right of use, no other rights.
30% (Some rights) a small part of the digital product data, no other rights.
[0042] In the foregoing step 53, the step of obtaining the corresponding payment confirmation data based on the payment data may have a plurality of manners; this depends on that this step is completed through data exchanges between what terminals. Descriptions are made below by using several feasible embodiments.
[0043] FIG 3 shows flowchart of obtaining payment confirmation data that is based on payment data according to a feasible embodiment. In this case, the payment confirmation data is generated and sent by a terminal that bears a target data wallet. The terminal that bears the target data wallet is a terminal where the buyer is at. The terminal may view whether the payment paid by the buyer is received and a payment amount ratio. Meanwhile, the decompression password and the release program for decompressing the compressed data of the digital product are stored at a position of the seller, to generate the payment confirmation data. Correspondingly, the step of obtaining the payment confirmation data further includes the following steps.
[0044] S301: Sending the payment data to a terminal that bears a target data wallet. This terminal may be a platform terminal or a node terminal. At this time, the terminal needs to view whether the payment is succeeded, and after the payment is succeeded, generates the payment confirmation data to be sent to the transaction terminal, to continue to perform step S302. [0045] S302: Receiving the payment confirmation data from the terminal that bears the target data wallet, where the payment confirmation data includes the decompression password of the digital product and the right exertion item data of the digital product.
[0046] Further, when receiving the payment confirmation data, the transaction terminal may first verify the payment confirmation data, to view whether the payment confirmation data corresponds to information in the payment data, or whether a format of the decompression password contained in the payment confirmation data meets a requirement. Subsequent steps are performed after the verification is passed.
[0047] FIG 4 shows a flowchart of obtaining payment confirmation data that is based on payment data according to another feasible embodiment. In this case, the payment confirmation data may be generated and sent by an associated terminal of the integrated code of the digital product. The terminal may be graphic code (integrated code) bearing terminal or associated terminal. While generating the integrated code corresponding to the digital product, the payment confirmation data corresponding to the attribute data of the digital product that is in the integrated code is also correspondingly generated at the same time. Moreover, in this case, after learning that the payment is succeeded, the associated terminal of the integrated code of the digital product only needs to directly generate the payment confirmation data based on the payment data through a preset relationship. In this case, the decompression password of the digital product and the right exertion item data of the digital product are stored in the associated terminal of the integrated code of the digital product, for generating the payment confirmation data. Correspondingly, the step of obtaining the payment confirmation data further includes: [0048] S31I: Sending the payment data to an associated terminal of the integrated code of the digital product (a graphic code bearing terminal or associated terminal); and; [0049] S312: Receiving the payment confirmation data from the terminal, where the payment confirmation data includes a decompression password of the digital product and the right exertion item data of the digital product.
[0050] FIG 5 shows a flowchart of obtaining payment confirmation data that is based on payment data, according to still another feasible embodiment. This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in FIG 3 in that a series of handshake programs used for a payment transaction may be established between the transaction terminal and the terminal that bears the target data wallet. In this way, after the payment data is sent, it is merely required to determine whether the handshake program is started, and if the handshake program is started, it is regarded as that the payment is already performed. Moreover, the handshake program ensures that the payment is received. In this way, the terminal that bears the target data wallet can generate and send the payment confirmation data in advance without waiting for the payment to be completed, thus improving processing efficiency. At this time, because a case in which an amount is not entirely paid exist, APP may be correspondingly set to calculate the right exertion item data, such as use times and other conditions, based on a decompression key of the attribute data of the digital product and the payment amount.
[0051] FIG 6 is a flowchart of obtaining payment confirmation data that is based on payment data according to a fourth feasible embodiment. This embodiment differs from the embodiments shown in FIG 3 and FIG 5 in that the terminal that bears the target data wallet may first verify the payment data when receiving the payment data. Whether an address of the terminal that bears the target data wallet is a legal address is mainly verified. If the address is legal, it indicates that the verification succeeds, and it may be considered that the preset handshake program may be started. With reference to the previous embodiment, it is considered that the payment is already performed at this time, and the payment confirmation data is generated based on the payment data at the same time. For other steps in this embodiment, reference may be made to the embodiment shown in FIG 5, and details are not described herein.
[0052] Manners of obtaining the payment confirmation data based on the payment data are described by using four feasible examples in the foregoing description. Other manners may have other examples, and this is not limited. After the payment confirmation data is obtained, the digital product may be obtained according to step S4.
[0053] 54: Decompressing the compressed data of the digital product by using the payment confirmation data as a parameter, to obtain the digital product.
[0054] In this step, the release program of the digital product and the compressed data of the digital product that are obtained in step 52 and the payment confirmation data obtained in 53 need to be used. Specifically, a preset function operation is performed based on the payment confirmation data, and an obtained result serves as a control instruction for starting the release program of the digital product. The release program of the digital product decompresses the compressed data of the digital product based on the control instruction. Decompression should be understood as an inverse operation of a compression operation while generating the compressed data of the digital product.
[0055] It should be noted that in the foregoing description, a case in which the payment is partially paid exists. Therefore, when the payment is not entirely paid, the digital product obtained in step S4 is some products or is a product with insufficient right items. If the buyer wants to obtain all digital products, the foregoing step Si to S4 need to be repeated, to obtain all the digital products by supplementing the entire payment. All operation processes may be completed according to the foregoing steps, and details are not described herein again.
