Description

A LAWN MOWER
TECHNICAL FIELD
Coll The present application relates to the technical field of a landscape maintenance equipment, and more particularly, to a lawn mower.
BACKGROUND
[2] A lawn mower is a machinery tool used for trimming a lawn and vegetation, and mainly applied in trimming landscape, grassland, city street, scenic resort, countryside, and field, especially grassland in park and football field, vegetation in private garden, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, etc., which achieves grass cutting through high-speed rotation of blades.
[3] A Chinese utility model publication No. CN205491774U disclosed a lawn mower, including a grass cutting device, a handle, a mudguard, and an adjustment device for adjusting the distance between the handle and the grass cutting device. The grass cutting device includes a cutting blade and a gasoline engine for driving the cutting blade to rotate. During use, the gasoline engine drives the cutting blade to rotate at a high speed and collide with the weeds, so that the shear force acting on the weeds by the cutting blade cuts the weeds off, achieving the trimming.
[4] The above-mentioned prior technical solution has the following deficiencies: during the process of cutting weeds by using the existing lawn mower, a fixed blade is used for cutting, therefore, there will be a violent vibration on the blade when it collides at a high speed with the object to be trimmed, which affects the use of the user.
BRIEF SUMMARY
[5] Regarding the deficiencies present in the prior art, an object of the present application is to provide a lawn mower that generates less vibration during the cutting process.
[6] The above object of the present application is achieved by the following technical solution: [on A lawn mower includes a grass cutting turnplate. An assembling pole connected with a fixing buckle is disposed on the grass cutting turnplate, the fixing buckle is connected with a trimmer line, and a stop block is disposed on the grass cutting tumplate and positioned at one side of the trimmer line away from the grass cutting turnplate.
toal By adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, the trimmer line can play the same role of cutting as a blade when rotating at a high speed. As the trimmer line is relatively soft compared with the blade and can deform when subjected to a force, it will not break when collides with hard objects. At the same time, when the trimmer line is used for trimming, it can absorb part of vibration through deformation, thereby reducing the vibration generated by using the lawn mower. Furthermore, the rotatable connection between the fixing buckle and the assembling pole provides a certain rotation surplus therebetween. Upon colliding with hard objects, part of the energy can be converted into relative rotation of the fixing buckle and the assembling pole, reducing the vibration generated when the lawn mower works.
[09] In a preferred embodiment, a disassembling hole and an assembling hole communicating with each other are disposed in the fixing buckle. A diameter of the disassembling hole is larger than a diameter of the assembling pole, and a diameter of the assembling hole is smaller than the diameter of the assembling pole. There provided an engaging annular groove on the assembling pole for the assembling hole to pass through, and a diameter of a portion communicating the assembling hole with the disassembling hole is smaller than the diameter of the assembling hole.
[wo] By adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, the fixing buckle and the assembling pole are limited relative to each other while assuring the fixing buckle to rotate relative to the assembling pole by disposing the assembling hole and the engaging annular groove. The disassembling hole communicates with the assembling hole, so that the connection portion between the disassembling hole and the assembling hole will deform when a force is applied to the fixing buckle along the direction from the disassembling hole to the assembling hole, and the assembling pole slides into the disassembling hole. In addition, as the diameter of the disassembling hole is larger than that of the assembling pole, the assembling hole can be disengaged from the assembling pole, which facilitates the replacement of the fixing buckle, so that the trimmer line can be quickly replaced after worn.
Coln In a preferred embodiment, the trimmer line passes through the fixing buckle and reaches into the disassembling hole at one side of the disassembling hole away from the assembling hole. [012] By adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, when disengaging the fixing buckle from the assembling pole, a relatively large force is required to be applied to the fixing buckle for achieving the deformation of the connection portion between the disassembling hole and the assembling hole. If performing disassembling directly, the assembling pole will directly hit the side wall of the disassembling hole, so that the assembling pole has the tendency to be damaged during the disassembling process, and the assembling pole is easy to deform after disassembling for many times. The trimmer line passing through the assembling pole not only plays a role of relieving the impact onto the assembling pole, but also limit the fixing buckle when the assembling pole is located in the disassembling hole and engages with the engaging annular groove, avoiding improper assembling and preventing the fixing buckle from being disengaged from the assembling pole during use.
Cm 31 In a preferred embodiment, a reserved slot communicating with the disassembling hole is disposed at the Fixing buckle and positioned at one side of the disassembling hole away from the assembling hole, through which the trimmer line passes through the reserved slot and reaches into the disassembling hole.
[om] By adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, disposing the reserved slot increases the reaching-out amount of the trimmer line and the surplus amount of the trimmer line into the disassembling hole, which reduces the wear on the trimmer line during assembling.
[on] In a preferred embodiment, a first arc portion concentrically arranged with the disassembling hole is disposed at two sides of an extension direction of the fixing buckle, a second arc portion concentrically arranged with the assembling hole is disposed at one end of the fixing buckle away from trimmer line, and a diameter of the first arc portion is larger than a diameter of the second arc portion; and the grass cutting turnplate is provided with a blocking member positioned at one side of the assembling pole close to the centre of the grass cutting tumplate, and the blocking member includes a first abutting portion abutting against and fitting the first arc portion.
[016] In the above-mentioned technical solution, by disposing the first abutting portion and the first arc portion, the blocking member plays a role of limiting the maximum rotation angel of the fixing buckle, so that continuously rotating in the opposite direction of the fixing buckle is avoided when very hard objects are cut, thus ensuring the cutting effect of the trimmer line. At the same time, if there is no blocking member disposed, the trimmer line abuts against the blocking member to bear the force suffered when hard objects are cut and fixing buckle rotates, thereby affecting the service life of the trimmer line. By providing the blocking member, when cutting hard objects, the situation in which the force is merely born by the contact between the trill-liner line and the blocking member can be avoided, which improves the service life.
[017] In a preferred embodiment, the blocking member further includes a second abutting portion connected with the first abutting portion, and the second abutting portion is disposed outside the second arc portion and arranged concentrically with the assembling pole; when the first arc portion of the fixing buckle abuts against the first abutting portion and disengages from the assembling pole in a direction from the disassembling hole to the assembling hole, the second abutting portion abuts against the fixing buckle so as to prevent the assembling pole from sliding into the disassembling hole of the fixing buckle; and when the fixing buckle is rotated to a position where the first arc portion of the fixing buckle is close to one side of the second abutting portion away from the First abutting portion, the fixing buckle disengages from the assembling pole in the direction from the disassembling hole to the assembling hole.
[on] In the above-mentioned technical solution, the disposing of the second abutting portion makes it impossible for the fixing buckle to be disengaged from the assembling pole when the fixing buckle is at the position when the lawn mower works, thereby improving the fixing strength between the fixing buckle and the assembling pole during working. Furthermore, as the fixing buckle will always rotate opposite to the driving direction of the grass cutting turnplate under the action of inertia during rotation, this disassembling way makes it impossible for the fixing buckle to move to the disassembling position when the lawn mower works, so as to avoid the disengagement between the fixing buckle and the assembling pole during use, thereby improving the connection strength between the fixing buckle and the assembling pole.
[19] In a preferred embodiment, a first diversion piece integrated with and concentrically arranged with the grass cutting turnplate is disposed at the side of the second abutting portion away from the first abutting portion, the first diversion piece extends along a rotation direction of the grass cutting turnplate, and a thickness of the first diversion piece relative to the grass cutting tumplate decreases gradually along an extension direction of the first diversion piece.
[20] In the above-mentioned technical solution, by providing the first diversion piece, the air resistance to the grass cutting turnplate rotating at a high-speed is reduced, the load produced by the rotation of the grass cutting rotary rotates is effectively reduced, power is effectively reduced, and energy consumption and duration are improved.
[21] In a preferred embodiment, a second diversion piece integrated with and concentrically arranged with the grass cutting turnplate is disposed at the side of the first abutting portion away from the second abutting portion, an extension direction of the second diversion piece is opposite to the rotation direction of the grass cutting turnplate, and a thickness of the second diversion piece relative to the grass cutting turnplate decreases gradually along an extension direction of the second diversion piece.
[22] In the above-mentioned technical solution, by providing the second diversion piece, the air resistance to the grass cutting turnplate rotating at a high-speed is further reduced, the load produced by the rotation of the grass cutting rotary rotates is further reduced, and power is further reduced.
[23] In a preferred embodiment, a third diversion piece integrated with and concentrically arranged with the grass cutting turnplate is disposed at one side of the stop block close to an axis of the grass cutting turnplate, and a fourth diversion piece integrated with and concentrically arranged with the grass cutting turnplate is disposed at one side of the stop block away from the axis of the grass cutting turnplate; and both the third diversion piece and the fourth diversion piece are disposed at the side of the stop block opposite to the rotation direction of the grass cutting turnplate, and thicknesses of both the third diversion piece and the fourth diversion piece relative to the grass cutting turnplate decrease gradually along the extension direction.
[24] In the above-mentioned technical solution, by providing the third diversion piece and fourth diversion piece, the air resistance to the grass cutting turnplate rotating at a high-speed is reduced, and the load produced by the rotation of the grass cutting rotary is reduced, thus power is reduced, energy consumption is reduced, and duration of use is improved.
[25] In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects: I. the trimmer line absorbs part of vibration through deformation, thereby reducing the vibration generated by using the lawn mower, at the same time, the rotatable connection between the fixing buckle and the assembling snap provides a certain rotation surplus between the fixing buckle and the assembling pole, which further reduces the vibration; 2. by providing the assembling hole and the assembling pole of the fixing buckle, the replacement of the fixing buckle is facilitated, so that the trimmer line can be quickly replaced after worn; and 3. by providing the first diversion piece. the second diversion piece, the third diversion piece and the fourth diversion piece, the air resistance to the grass cutting turnplate rotating at a high-speed is reduced, and the load produced by the rotation of the grass cutting rotary is reduced, which reduces power consumption, and duration of use is improved.

Therefore, the connection portion of the fixing buckle 7 between die disassembling hole 71 and the assembling hole 72 deforms under the action of the applied force, so that the fixing buckle 7 moves relative to the assembling pole 6 to position the assembling pole 6 in the disassembling hole 71 of the fixing buckle 7, and thus the assembling pole 6 and the fixing buckle 7 can be disengaged from each other.
[50] When the fixing buckle 7 needs to be assembled, the disassembling hole 71 of the fixing buckle 7 passes through the assembling pole 6, and a force is applied to the fixing buckle 7 along the direction from die assembling hole 72 to the disassembling hole 71. Therefore, the connection portion of the fixing buckle 7 between the disassembling hole 71 and the assembling hole 72 deforms under the action of the applied force, so that the fixing buckle 7 moves relative to the assembling pole 6, and the assembling hole 72 of the fixing buckle 7 is engaged with the engaging annular groove 61, achieving fixation and rotational connection relative to each other.
[51] The embodiments described in the detailed description are all preferred embodiments of the present application, and should not be considered as limit the scope of the present application thereto. Therefore, all the equivalent changes made to the structure, shape and principle of the present application should be encompassed within die protection scope of the present application.
