Abstract
A T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool comprising a machine bed 1, a truss 2, a manipulator 3, and a material box mounted on the machine bed. The material box comprises a board body 4 and a cassette 5 defining a cavity 6, cartridges 4a are integrally formed in the board body and are vertically arranged in the cavity. Brackets 7 are arranged in the cassette, wherein springs 8 bias the brackets to tightly pressing and sealing the cartridge openings. Rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are vertically arranged in the cartridges and abutted against the head parts of the brackets; the gripping apparatus in this invention further comprises a negative pressure assembly; this invention has a relative high gripping stability.
Description
A T-SHAPED WORKPIECE GRIPPING APPARATUS FOR MACHINE TOOL
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of machinery, referring to one kind of machine tool, in particular to a T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] When in processing, there are a lot of cutting bits for machine tool, the butting bits are easily accumulated on the working platform or dropped on guiding rail protective cover of the machine tool, which is not only hard to be cleaned, but also increase the loading of the machine tool, worsen the dynamic performance, wear, deform even damage the guiding rail protective cover; if the problems are not settled in time, the guiding rail protective cover may be pulled into damage and then lead to a damage of the guiding rail and a accuracy losing of the transmission screw.
[0003] The existing feeding for machine tool are generally finished through the guiding rails feeding or manipulator gripping, and when in feeding process with manipulator gripping, a shaking will be caused when the surface of the workpiece is relatively smooth, which affects the gripping efficiency and stability.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool so as to overcome the problems that how to improve a gripping stability existing in the prior art.
[0005] The purpose of this invention can be realized by means of the following technological program: a T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool comprises a machine bed, a truss horizontally arranged on the machine bed, wherein a manipulator is arranged on the truss, and a material box is mounted on the machine bed and below the manipulator, specifically, the material box comprises a board body and a cassette arranged on the machine bed, wherein the board body is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the cassette and seals a box opening of the cassette, and the board body is located between the cassette and the manipulator, wherein a cavity of sealed is formed between an inner wall of the cassette and the board body, wherein cartridges of integrally molded are arranged on the board body, wherein the cartridges are vertically arranged in the cavity, and two ends of each of the cartridges are on opening shaped; the T-shaped workpieces are arranged above the board body, wherein head parts of the T-shaped workpieces are abutted against a top wall of the board body and seal upper ports of the cartridges; rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are vertically arranged in the cartridges and abutted against the head parts of the brackets; whereby the T-shaped workpieces are able to make the brackets move downward against bias forces of the springs to make the lower ports of the cartridges in an opening state; wherein diameters of the rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are smaller than inner diameters of the cartridges, and the gripping apparatus in this invention further comprises a negative pressure assembly which can produce a negative pressure in the cavity.
[0006] The working process is listed as follows-in an initial state, the brackets moves upward under the bias forces of the springs, at this time, the head parts of the brackets tightly press the bottom walls of the cartridges and seal the lower ports of the cartridges; the negative pressure assembly is able to produce a negative pressure in the cartridges through the cavity and the through hole; when in work, the head parts of the T-shaped workpieces are abutted against the top wall of the board body and sealing the upper ports of the cartridges, and the rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are vertically arranged in the cartridges and abutted against the head parts of the brackets, and at this time, T-shaped workpieces are able to move downward against the bias forces of the springs and make the lower ports of the cartridges in the opening states; at this time, the negative pressure in the cartridges will increase a suction on the T-shaped workpieces, so that an occurrence rate of shaking when gripping can be effectively avoided, thus the manipulator can be more stable to grip the T-shaped workpieces to improve the griping efficiency and stability, when the T-shaped workpieces are gripped and move away from the board body gradually, the brackets reset and seal the lower ports of the cartridges again under the bias forces of the springs; in physical products, the negative pressure suction in the cartridges is not by much.
[0007] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein annular grooves are defined on the head parts of the brackets and the annular grooves are coaxially arranged with the brackets, wherein first annular gaskets are defined in the annular grooves, wherein lower end surfaces of the first annular gaskets are abutted against bottom walls of the annular grooves, and upper end surfaces of the first annular gaskets are tightly pressing the bottom walls of the cartridges under an function of the springs to increase a sealing effect formed between the brackets and the cartridges as well as an effect for sealing the lower ports of the cartridges.
[0008] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein ducts are vertically and fixedly arranged on a bottom wall of the cassette, wherein rod parts of the brackets are slidably inserted into the ducts and the springs are located in the ducts and sleeved on the rod parts of the brackets, and two ends of each of the springs are abutted against the head parts of the brackets and the bottom wall of the cassette respectively.
[0009] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein annular catch grooves are defined in the top wall of the board body, wherein second annular gaskets are defined in the annular catch grooves and two end surfaces of the second annular gaskets are respectively abutted against bottom walls of the annular catch grooves and the head parts of the T-shaped workpieces.
[0010] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure vacuum pump and an air pipeline arranged outside of the cassette, wherein an entrance of the negative pressure vacuum pump is communicated with the cavity through the air pipeline.
[0011] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein connection hole directly facing the air pipeline are penetrating through the side wall of the cassette, wherein one end of the air pipeline is inserted into the connection hole and the air pipeline is sealing the cassette and fixedly connected with the cassette.
[0012] In above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein the air pipeline is sealing the cassette and fixedly connected with the cassette by welding.
[0013] As another proposal, in above-stated T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, wherein an installation port is penetrating through and defined on a side wall of the cassette, and the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure fan fixed in the installation port.
[0014] Compared with existing technology, this T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool in this invention can work with the cooperation of the negative pressure assembly, the board body and the cassette, after the T-shaped w-orkpieces are placed on the board body, the negative pressure is produced in the cassette to increase the suction on the T-shaped workpieces, so that the occurrence of shaking when gripping can be avoided, and the manipulator can be more stable to grip the T-shaped workpieces to improve the efficiency and stability of gripping.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0022] Specifically, the material box comprises a board body 4 and a cassette 5 arranged on the machine bed 1, wherein the board body 4 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the cassette 5 and seals a box opening of the cassette 5, and the board body 4 is located between the cassette 5 and the manipulator 3; in this embodiment, the board body 4 is fixedly connected with the cassette 5 by welding, wherein a cavity 6 of sealed is formed between an inner wall of the cassette 5 and the board body 4, wherein cartridges 4a of integrally molded are arranged on the board body 4, wherein the cartridges 4a are vertically arranged in the cavity 6, and two ends of each of the cartridges 4a are on opening shaped; in physical products, each one of a plurality of the cartridges 4a is respectively and integrally molded with the board body 4.
[0023] Referring to FIG. t and 2, brackets 7 on T-shaped are vertically arranged in the cassette 5, wherein springs 8 provide a tendency for heads of the brackets 7 to tightly pressing bottom walls of the cartridges 4a and sealing lower ports of the cartridges 4a; specifically, ducts 9 are vertically and fixedly arranged on a bottom wall of the cassette 5, wherein rod parts of the brackets 7 are slidably inserted into the ducts 9 and the springs 8 are located in the ducts 9 and sleeved on the rod parts of the brackets 7, and two ends of each of the springs 8 are abutted against the head parts of the brackets 7 and the bottom wall of the cassette 5 respectively to better support the brackets 7; furthermore, annular grooves are defined on the head parts of the brackets 7 and the annular grooves are coaxially arranged with the brackets 7, wherein first annular gaskets 10 are defined in the annular grooves, wherein lower end surfaces of the first annular gaskets 10 are abutted against bottom walls of the annular grooves, and upper end surfaces of the first annular gaskets 10 are tightly pressing the bottom walls of the cartridges 4a under an function of the springs 8 to increase a sealing effect formed between the brackets 7 and the cartridges 4a as well as an effect for sealing the lower ports of the cartridges 4a.
[0024] The T-shaped workpieces are arranged above the board body 4, wherein head parts of the T-shaped workpieces are abutted against a top wall of the board body 4 and seal upper ports of the cartridges 4a; rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are vertically arranged in the cartridges 4a and abutted against the head parts of the brackets 7; whereby the T-shaped workpieces are able to make the brackets 7 move downward against bias forces of the springs 8 to make the lower ports of the cartridges 4a in an opening state; wherein diameters of the rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are smaller than inner diameters of the cartridges 4a, through holes are penetrating through side walls of the cartridges 4a, and the gripping apparatus in this invention further comprises a negative pressure assembly which can produce a negative pressure in the cavity 6.
[0025] In this embodiment, the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure vacuum pump 11 and an air pipeline 12 arranged outside of the cassette 5, wherein an entrance of the negative pressure vacuum pump 11 is communicated with the cavity 6 through the air pipeline 12, and connection hole directly facing the air pipeline 12 are penetrating through the side wall of the cassette 5, wherein one end of the air pipeline 12 is inserted into the connection hole and the air pipeline 12 is sealing the cassette 5 and fixedly connected with the cassette 5, preferably, the air pipeline 12 is sealing the cassette 5 and fixedly connected with the cassette 5 by welding.
[0026] For further explanation, annular catch grooves are defined in the top wall of the board body 4, wherein second annular gaskets 13 are defined in the annular catch grooves and two end surfaces of the second annular gaskets 13 are respectively abutted against bottom walls of the annular catch grooves and the head parts of the T-shaped workpieces to enhance an effect of sealing the upper ports of the cartridges 4a.
[0027] The working process is listed as follows: in an initial state, the brackets 7 moves upward under the bias forces of the springs 8, at this time, the head parts of the brackets 7 tightly press the bottom walls of the cartridges 4a and seal the lower ports of the cartridges 4a; the negative pressure assembly is able to produce a negative pressure in the cartridges 4a through the cavity 6 and the through hole; when in work, the head parts of the T-shaped workpieces are abutted against the top wall of the board body 4 and sealing the upper ports of the cartridges 4a, and the rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are vertically arranged in the cartridges 4a and abutted against the head parts of the brackets 7, and at this time, T-shaped workpieces are able to move downward against the bias forces of the springs 8 and make the lower ports of the cartridges 4a in the opening states; at this time, the negative pressure in the cartridges 4a will increase a suction on the T-shaped workpieces, so that an occurrence rate of shaking when gripping can be effectively avoided, thus the manipulator 3 can be more stable to grip the T-shaped workpieces to improve the griping efficiency and stability; when the T-shaped workpieces are gripped and move away from the board body 4 gradually, the brackets 7 reset and seal the lower ports of the cartridges 4a again under the bias forces of the springs 8; in physical products, the negative pressure suction in the cartridges 4a is not by much.
[0028] Embodiment 2 [0029] The configuration and principle of the embodiment 2 is the same as the embodiment 1, the difference is: an installation port is penetrating through and defined on a side wall of the cassette 5, and the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure fan fixed in the installation port.

- Claims 1. A T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool, comprising: a machine bed; a truss horizontally arranged on the machine bed, wherein a manipulator is arranged on the truss; a material box mounted on the machine bed and below the manipulator, wherein the material box comprising: a board body and a cassette arranged on the machine bed, wherein the board body is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the cassette and seals a box opening of the cassette, and the board body is located between the cassette and the manipulator, wherein a cavity of sealed is formed between an inner wall of the cassette and the board body, wherein cartridges of integrally molded are arranged on the board body, wherein the cartridges are vertically arranged in the cavity, and two ends of each of the cartridges are on opening shaped; the T-shaped workpieces are arranged above the board body, wherein head parts of the T-shaped workpieces are abutted against a top wall of the board body and seal upper ports of the cartridges, rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces vertically arranged in the cartridges and abutted against the head parts of the brackets; whereby the T-shaped workpieces are able to make the brackets move downward against bias forces of the springs to make the lower ports of the cartridges in an opening state, wherein diameters of the rod parts of the T-shaped workpieces are smaller than inner diameters of the cartridges, and the gripping apparatus in this invention further comprises a negative pressure assembly which can produce a negative pressure in the cavity.
- 2. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 1, wherein annular grooves are defined on the head parts of the brackets and the annular grooves are coaxially arranged with the brackets, wherein first annular gaskets are defined in the annular grooves, wherein lower end surfaces of the first annular gaskets are abutted against bottom walls of the annular grooves, and upper end surfaces of the first annular gaskets are tightly pressing the bottom walls of the cartridges under an function of the springs to increase a sealing effect formed between the brackets and the cartridges as well as an effect for sealing the lower ports of the cartridges

The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 1, wherein ducts are vertically and fixedly arranged on a bottom wall of the cassette, wherein rod parts of the brackets are slidably inserted into the ducts and the springs are located in the ducts and sleeved on the rod parts of the brackets, and two ends of each of the springs are abutted against the head parts of the brackets and the bottom wall of the cassette respectively.
- 4. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 1 or 2 or 3, wherein annular catch grooves are defined in the top wall of the board body, wherein second annular gaskets are defined in the annular catch grooves and two end surfaces of the second annular gaskets are respectively abutted against bottom walls of the annular catch grooves and the head parts of the T-shaped workpieces.
- 5. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 1 or 2 or 3, wherein the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure vacuum pump and an air pipeline arranged outside of the cassette, wherein an entrance of the negative pressure vacuum pump is communicated with the cavity through the air pipeline.
- 6. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 5, wherein connection hole directly facing the air pipeline are penetrating through the side wall of the cassette, wherein one end of the air pipeline is inserted into the connection hole and the air pipeline is sealing the cassette and fixedly connected with the cassette.
- 7. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim 6, wherein the air pipeline is sealing the cassette and fixedly connected with the cassette by welding.
- 8. The T-shaped workpiece gripping apparatus for machine tool defined in claim I or 2 or 3, wherein an installation port is penetrating through and defined on a side wall of the cassette, and the negative pressure assembly comprises a negative pressure fan fixed in the installation port.
